Reel Strong has serviced our Central AC since 2013. Today I called and Cheryl fit us in right away. John came on time, wearing protective mask and wore gloves. After a couple of question and troubleshooting he fixed the problem. I highly refer them to anyone who needs help with their Air conditioning.

Had a seasonal a/c service call & Jon & Mike were fantastic. Not only did they arrive early with booties & masks, they also were neat & even helped trim hydrangea that were too close to the unit. It’s a breath of fresh air to have professional service these days. Highly recommend.

We originally used another company to get our heating oil and after many issues we changed over to reelstrong and have never regretted it. They never let us run out of oil and have done a great job maintaining our heating system. The first time the technician came, he worked on things I didn’t know had to be maintained since the last company never even touched these parts of the heating system. I’ll continue to use this company for years to come.

I contacted Reel-Strong to fix an issue with my home A/C. A technician (his name is Nate) arrived on the next day. He did the repair quickly and for a reasonable fee. This was almost one month ago, A/C has been working ok since then. Thank you!

I recent had issues with my boiler and called a company to fix the unit. After 15 minutes the technician told us we need a new unit and needs his sales manager to come out for the estimate. Instead I called Reelstrong for a second opinion and was pleased with the technicians knowledge of the unit. He fixed a part that cost $200.00 and the unit works perfect. I can’t thank this company enough for their honesty.

I hired Reel Strong to service my Reem HVAC units and I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Jon (JB) the serviceman who came to my home. He explained everything he was doing along the way and treated my home and equipment as if it was his own. I would strongly recommend Reel Strong to service your HVAC equipment. I recently purchased a home and contacted Reel Strong to establish a relationship since they installed the central air originally. Mike senior remembered the job from 30 yrs ago. When my air had fsropped working Saturday evening. , Ray was first technician to come on a Sunday morning to diagnose the problem. Mike senior came out Monday to give an estimate and my central air was installed on Wednesday. Mark and his team were amazing. All the people I had encountered we nothing short than professional, courteous, and very helpful. I am REELY happy with their company and cannot thank them enough for all that they did for my family... off course it was during a heatwave when the temperatures were in thei high 90’s, but they made it happen so quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly.
