I only used this company once, but was so impressed with the quick return call and even more so, the expediency of resolving the problem! I called after 5 and John came out that same night.
I am in need of their services again, so I just left a message.

Huge shout out to the staff at John’s Heat and AC. We recently replaced one of our two AC systems. The crew was friendly, clean and respectful. The other existing system just broke down on the Fourth of July weekend. A service man came right out and got it up and running. I highly recommend these guys! Best prices around!!

John’s installed a complete new HVAC system for me back in 2018 when I purchased a new townhome and were absolutely amazing in showing up on time , responding to my calls and inquires and installing the unit/ going over everything with me. Just today I called them first thing about my hot water heater (which was not a unit they installed) not working. I normally can figure this out on my own but this unit has a system on it I’m not familiar with. Better be safe then sorry so after calling John’s they had a guy come out today and get it going. Turns out it was just the pilot light and the tech couldn’t have been any nicer /professional. These guys truly are the best around ! I can’t thank them enough for their quick response time and customer service. Thank you John’s! Customer for life!

My central air suddenly stopped working, and 2 different companies told me I needed to replace the entire system ($12-$18K). When a friend recommended John's AC, I didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong! Everybody was pleasant and courteous, from the phone rep to the service tech. After explaining the problem to the tech, he found the issue in about 2 minutes -- one of the unit's fuses had blown! Imagine my surprise when this guy put in a 10-cent fuse and the AC kicked on immediately (and has been working fine ever since). John's AC saved me from having to shell out all that money for a brand new system (which I don't even need, actually)!

Great service, very knowledgeable better than horizon who claims to be the best. Had a horizon technician try to figure out problem for 2 1/2 hours plus on the phone with master technician too and still couldn’t figure problem out but I still had to pay service fee and fuel fee. Called John ac and the technician named Robert who was great fix problem in 30 minutes.

John's installed our HVAC and we have called them for any service needed. They are very prompt and professional. Recently our AC unit had trouble and they were here very quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!

March 2020, John’s installed an AC unit, this year we started to experience some minor problems with the unit keeping up with the extreme heat. John’s employee, David, was sent out to diagnose our problem. Within 30 minutes he had discovered the issue repaired it and changed a few settings. This is not the first time that we have dealt with David. He is very professional, and knowledgeable with all things related to AC. Each time we’ve used John’s, the experience has been straightforward and stress free. I highly recommend the company and special thanks to David.

An excellent job done on installing a new heater and air conditioner…the installers were very professional and informative. The installation was completed in six hours and there was no mess whatsoever. Thank you for a job well done. 👍👍

My brother used John's to replace his heating system last year and was extremely satisfied so I decided to use them to fix our mother's AC unit and my heater. On both occasions, they provided excellent customer service and professionalism from the office to the repairmen not to mention, they were honest and reasonable! I highly recommend anyone needing AC or heating repairs/replacements to use John's AC & Heat!

The guys were wonderful. Not great being told you need a new AC and heating unit, but after 18 years you expect it. But they made the process as easy and painless as possible. They were polite and respectful. The ladies in the office are lovely as well!

Robert, who was friendly and professional, arrived early and in a matter of a few minutes knew the problem and with permission from my roomie who owns our home here in Glassboro fixed the AC, we had cool air. Just had a Noritz Combi Boiler installed today. The 3 men, who came promptly at 8:00AM as scheduled, stayed until 6:15PM to finish the job. They all were extremely competent, friendly and pleasant to be around. They left my place cleaner than when they arrived and took away my old boiler and hot water heater. John's AC & Heat is lucky to have such dedicated employees. Thanks Josh, Bruce and Mason. The office personnel, Carrie and Amanda, who prepared all the paperwork for getting me rebates, and the 84 month PSE&G interest free loan where outstanding. Thanks also to Dave for coming out the day before to diagnose my problem and for recommending a wonderful alternative to wasting money trying to fix my 20 year old heating situation. Kudos to all!

I gave John 's A-C & Heat a call about my heater and AC replacement. They were friendly on the phone and came out that day. I was quoted a great price and within two days it was installed. Technicians were polite and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any installations.

I had a company come out and tell me my broken AC needed to be replaced and was not repairable. I called John’s AC & Heat to get a second opinion. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. They were able to get a technician to my house the same day. The technician was very professional and informative. It turns out I just needed a new capacitor. Installers did an amazing job! They left the place more clean than when they came. They were so helpful with any questions I had. The job only took a few hours and you hardly even knew they were there. Office staff was so friendly and helpful with getting the paper work out. I would highly recommend John’s to anyone in need of hvac work !

Our heat stopped working and Greg from John’s A-C & Heat came out and had the heat working again in less than 10 minutes

We were referred to John's when our regular AC company left us feeling like we were being taken advantage of. We were able to get a free quote and great price on a brand new central unit from John's.
