Great company and great service! I’ve had the opportunity to observe how they operate on both the commercial and residential sides of things. They did a great job upgrading the HVAC system at where I work and were very responsive to our needs. And now they just replaced our home HVAC. Again, they were responsive, did great work, and I found them to be very honest and straightforward compared to other companies we spoke with.

Just had the 36 year old central air conditioning in my condo replaced today. We live on the third floor of an older brick building and it gets extremely hot. Bad timing that the unit finally died days before the 4th of July. I was referred to NJP by a friend and I highly recommend to anyone. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with; from Jim Nash who came out and gave me an estimate and kindly answered all my questions via text afterwards to the guys who came out today to install the new unit. They worked from 7am until 3pm in sweltering heat. The price was half of the amount quoted by PSE&G. Great warranty and service. Well organized and very professional. We called them for a quote to get our air conditioner serviced. Within an hour they had a mechanic at our residency. Fixed within minutes and not a problem since. Knock on wood! They did such a thorough job we had them service our 4 units at work. Referred here by a friend awhile back, and my friend couldn't have been more spot on. NJP sent a tech out to see if my AC unit could be repaired. It was not repairable, but they got it temporarily working while they set up the appointment and came out to replace my unit. They did excellent work, the price was very fair, and my new AC has worked perfectly. Since then, I've referred them to a couple of friends and my sister...all extremely satisfied. Excellent customer service and communication as well!

First time we used this company and I can't say enough positive words about them. The service tech was professional yet polite and friendly he explained everything and showed us the problem with the heater. Was reasonable in pricing for the repairs were completed in workmanship order. Having them service my unit twice a year now. Highly recommend this company

I would like to add to the 100% 5 star reviews. A few days ago, our heating system broke. I called the office the following morning, received a return call within an hour, and by 1 PM, Sal was at my house fixing the problem. He was courteous, extremely professional, and apparently very competent as he was able to diagnose the problem and repair it without needing any expensive parts. I was also pleasantly shocked when I received the invoice because it was much less than I was expecting!
