5 stars, A+++. Juan is the owner, he answered the phone, made appointment, showed up, did my central AC maintenance. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, didn't try to upsell, and charged a reasonable price. I will also use him for my heating maintenance in the fall. Great find!

Juan was very responsive and knowledgeable about the HVAC repair he did for me. He explained exactly what he was doing and what his charges would be. On certain service, he even recommended I do it myself instead of having him do it (as he would have to charge me) and doing myself would be easy and cheaper.

Jose and Juan from JJ air plus came to my house and fix my furnace. They worked very professionally and clean. And they fix my furnace very quickly and efficiently to get me through this brutal winter.

Very impressed with the service I received today. I reached out on thumbtack and instantly got a reply followed by a phone call. They came out within 2 hours and my air conditioner was fixed less than an hour after their arrival. We had reached out to multiple companies before finding JJ Air Plus and were either met with ridiculous prices or being told they wouldn't work on our unit. JJ Air Plus was responsive, reliable and very reasonably priced! Would definitely use again!!

Called on Monday, appointment was same day. Got a quote on Tuesday for a coil replacement, they showed up at 9:30 am on Wednesday and fixed our air conditioning. Sorry to all the other companies that weren’t able to provide the price and speedy service that Juan and Jose were able to provide! Thanks, fellas, it is good to be able to sleep upstairs again!

We had a system failure of our A/C system on one the hottest days this summer. Called Juan and he came over the next day. He and Jose evaluated the system and went outside to make some calls.. came back with an estimate in less than 20m. Between the amazing estimate and the reviews I had seen we agreed on the spot.

The very next day they arrived with a new unit and everything was done that day. Juan and Jose were awesome, very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. They even paid attention to small details like keeping all the removed parts/equipment on the side of the house and not strewn across the front yard - they kept everything looking neat the entire time.

Hats off to these guys. The big outfits could learn a thing or two from them about customer service, quality work and reasonable prices.

One of the coldest days of the year, we woke up with no heat. I called JJ Plus based on their great reviews and location to my house, Juan & Jose came out within a few hours of my call. It turned out to be a simple fix, they took care of it right away, super polite. These are my new HVAC guys. Excellent service.
