Ziad installed a new Lennox AC and furnace to replace our 11 year builder grade system. He did a very professional job making sure everything was perfectly installed and made sure that we chose the right system, accessories and settings based on our needs and concerns, without being pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with HVAC systems and provides honest service/upgrade recommendations. I would highly recommend NJ Air-conditioning for any of your HVAC needs.

Ziad was honest and fair from the start. Last year, I had someone replace an old thermostat with a new smart one, but they left it too close to my unit. I reached out to two other contractors before finding Ziad, and they both kept adding unnecessary charges. One even insisted he’d need to break my walls and spend an entire day relocating the thermostat.

From my first call with Ziad, he asked the right questions and understood the situation—especially when I mentioned that the previous technician had left a “fishing” cable for future work. Today, Ziad came by, used his tools to assess the existing cables, and resolved the issue without any hassle.

The thermostat is now relocated to the correct room, and the unit isn’t cycling constantly anymore. I’ll be using Ziad for all my heating and cooling projects, and I own multiple properties.

Ziad, was super helpful and informative explaining everything regarding my HVAC system. Within a few minutes he helped me with a problem I’ve had for years in my home on air circulation and significant gap in temperatures with the two levels of my home. He was very professional and would highly recommend to anyone.

Ziad is very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to tune up my A/C to run at its optimal. You need to be patient with scheduling because of current heatwave and everyone calling him. But no issues with the work.
