Stardust Pools I like to Deal with Them they are honest
and if they don't have it at the moment they will get it for you. They are little expensive but they do it right you...Can get from filters, custom pool covers, even pumps.. need pool supplies or have to Fix ? you Know were to Go Now

I had to take the time out of my busy day to thank STARDUST POOLS for a great job refinishing my pool Fibre Tech is an amazing product and wish I did it years ago. Not only is the workmanship that you did amazing but the pool is so much easier to maintain and looks great. I truly recommend STARDUST the price was fair and the service is the BEST.

Even though I've been in and around pools my entire life I never really thought of how they are constructed. To the average consumer it's a technical mystery. The reality is in modern times installing a pool is not rocket science. The tried and true methods have been around for decades. All the installation companies are basically orchestrating a variety of third-party contractors. So if you think one pool company is "better" at installing pools than another I would argue you are wrong. Any pool company around for 5-10+ years should be experts in pool installation.

What I learned installing a pool with Stardust is that the real differentiator is in customer service.

In their 40+ year history I may have been the most annoying customer they ever had. I questioned nearly every single step of the process. And I'm happy to say Walt and Ash and Dennis and Patrick and their whole crew didn't bat an eye. They explained every single part of every step. Not a single call went unanswered. They came to our house just to check on things and make sure the install was going smooth.

We had our pool installed during a very challenging time of year - late fall. The ground was saturated, mud everywhere, two torrential rains, even snow. And Stardust timed the installation perfectly.

We couldn't be happier with the install. The Stardust crew answered every single one of my calls. They proactively kept us updated at every step and most importantly helped keep me calm :)

So I can't say our pool was installed "better" than others - but what I can say is that Stardust's customer service was exceptional. And to me that is the true differentiator when embarking on such a project. I would whole-heartedly recommend them in a heartbeat!

PS - I see another recent review from someone complaining about the install date - our experience was complete transparency from Stardust on the timing. Given the demand for pools right now and scarce supplies anyone thinking they will will be swimming in their pool 4-12 weeks after signing a contract is not being realistic. We had some delays at the end of the winter but it was due to weather and the fact a million other people were waiting for their pools to be completed as well. Walt and co. were upfront on timings though and set expectations properly.

I get my water tested all the time they are very knowledgeable and help me with any issues all the time ,they take their time and make sure they understand my concerns . I will always be a customer here.

We found this gem after going to a franchise pool store and them not having an item for an algae boom we had in our pool. Boy oh boy, did Dennis know what he was talking about. Our pool was clean and clear in no time. This is definitely your go to pool store!

Bought a house with a large pool and from the day I bought until today Dennis and staff have been teaching me and instructing me through all stages of pool maintenance. Ans highly recommend them! It’s nice to understand the breakdown on why you need certain chemicals and what is the cause and affect of them. I often stuff at other pool stores to check pricing and every chemical is currently expensive it’s not just the store you go to! This is the place to go.

Owner & team do a very good job, whether it's opening or closing, or repairs... They are usually very fast w making appointments, faster than Leslie's by weeks!

Deciding to install an in ground pool was a big decision to make. It has been a dream of mine to have an in ground for as long as I can remember. After getting estimates from a bunch of local pool companies, I decided to go with Stardust Pools. They were also recommended by another local business who had nothing but great things to say about them. Walter, Dennis and Diane have been a pleasure to work with. Everything has gone smoothly and they assured me that I would be very happy when the job was complete. Whenever they told me that their crew would be here, they were here. They kept me updated throughout the entire job so I always knew what to expect. There were no hidden fees. The price I was given at the very beginning was the price I paid. The pool builders and construction crew were always polite, friendly and respectful. If Walter says he will call you back, he calls you back. If you have questions about anything and speak with Dennis, he takes his time and explains everything to you. If you need to speak to Diane, she is super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Stardust Pools made my dream come true and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking to get an in ground pool installed, I highly recommend them.

What a great place to work with! When the charger of the pool lift for my handicapped Grandma malfunctioned, Matt ordered me a new part and kept tabs on it all the while. Due to the holidays, it got very delayed and my Grandma couldn't go swimming all the while. When it finally arrived, Matt offered to drive it all the way down to me for only another $30 so my Grandma can go swimming that day! We are so appreciative! If we need a new pool lift one day, we'll definitely know where to go! Thank you and continue your good work!
