If JM electric serves your area, look no further. This is by far the best experience I've had with electricians in my area. I had them install an electric car charger and they did a splendid job. They went above and beyond and even helped with some issues I had in the house. Joe, Patty, George and Steve make an excellent team! Highly recommend.

Recently, I engaged JM Electric to install an EV charger, and overall, their services were commendable and professional. However, I encountered a significant inconvenience during the process. Despite promptly providing the necessary funds for the permit, there was a considerable delay of two months before receiving the permit papers. My attempts to contact the responsible individual were met with unresponsiveness, necessitating my escalation of the matter by reaching out to the head of JM Electric via email. Consequently, I finally obtained the permit after an additional two weeks. This experience has left me feeling disappointed. Despite this setback, I must acknowledge the professionalism exhibited by the team at JM Electric in their work. While I appreciate their expertise, I feel compelled to assign them a rating of three stars due to the aforementioned issues.
