Owen D'andrea called us 7:45 a.m. this morning (Thursday, June 25) and arrived around 8:30. He took the old unit out and brought in and connected the new one, he was in and out in about 45 minutes! A very nice young man. He knew what he was doing and left everything neat and clean. A great experience for us!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Great pricing, wicked fast service. The installers were professional and efficient. They lightened the mood on a very stressful day for our family. They explained everything thing they were doing and happily answered every question I had. There estimate was spot on. this experiencewas a rosy one. everything went so smoothi could not believe it/ the installer team arrived in time, they did the work very nicely and about galf an hour thet were all done. very professional people. the cost of the heater and everything wastold to me right up front. it is not like we will come take a look at then we give u a price. i am very much satisfied with the service this comany has provided. cheaper than all others i contacted . before the installer left they cleaned the place and mop the spillage etc.

I spoke to jeff he answered all my questions about a new water heater.
Jeff is a TRUMP fan so I knew things would go well.
His crew came the next day and removed my old GE 50 gallon water heater and installed the new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.
The job was done in less then an hour and the guys cleaned up any mess .
I would reccomend this company to anyone

I cannot say in words how pleased I am with Water Heaters NJ. Steve was a man of his word from start to finish. The two young gentleman he dispatched to handle my installation (as well as take away old unit) were true professionals. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the workmanship and price- a great value- I've had my water heater now about 6 months and everything is as expected. They brought the water heater up to my town's code, something my local plumber did not the previous installation. I would highly recommend them...

Spoke to Steve just yesterday about my leaking water heater and set up an appointment. His guy came on time, installed new water heater, and hauled away old water heater in like 30 minutes. Super professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely professional, expeditious and thorough at a reasonable price! I called, and Steve (the owner) called back within the day. I sent pics of my current hot water heater along with my heater that also needed a few things fixed. His men came and changed out everything within a short period of time. The place was clean and they took the old heater with them. Great job!! I would them again!

Water Heaters NJ were in and out in 1/2 hour. The service was great, and they cleaned everything up after the install. Price was in line and reasonable compared to other plumbers/water heater installers I called for quotes.

They showed up and took the old heater away and replaced with a new one in about 45 mins. They showed up the day after my other heater broke. Very responsive.
The installers were neat, didn’t leave a mess behind. They were very informative and made sure I knew everything I wanted to know about my new heater.

Stephen takes care of his customers! My water heater started leaking, and due to holiday weekend, I I couldn't get it replaced until it was a work day again. Stephen drove out to me, a long distance, to make sure the we shut down the correct, very stuck on valve. The next workday, the new water heater was installed in two hours! Happy customer!

just moved to the area and we knew we needed a new water as per the previous owner. just moving we were price conscious and wanted to make sure we were getting a good product. Also being a new home owner I had a lot of questions. Steve was very helpful on the phone going over everything. Quoted me $750 if we didn't need upgrades. I wasn't sure what we had and what we didn't but he made it easy. All I had to do was send him a pic. From that he was able to point out our venting was undersized and would not pass inspection. Being a little suspicious I did search around the net and did confirm this. My heater needed to be upgraded to 4" venting to pass. From there I saw several pictures and you can easily see the size diff. They came out and got the new heater installed for me and haven't had any problems yet. Just as an FYI we talked to PSEG and they were crazy more expensive than Water Heaters NJ and previous owner was telling us his plumber wanted $1,600 for the job. We were a few hundred cheaper than that at the end of the day.

I don't understand why anyone would leave negative comments for this company. My water heater started to leak, I got a bunch of quotes, this company was by far the cheapest. I called spoke to Steven ( the owner) and he explained the process and answered all my questions. Told me to look at my unit to make sure it was up to code ( which it was). He even followed up later that day to fit into my schedule. Arrived on time. The installation was a breeze. Two well knowledgeable & personable younger guys came, They realized they had brought a tall unit and I needed the shorter one. One guy stayed and started disconnecting the old unit. The other guy went and picked up the right unit. with in an hour they were done.. Thanks Steven
