I had an excellent experience with them for my Generac Standby System. I had an older generator not starting, their tech came same day and fixed the issue in 5 minutes and tested the system twice.

I just read a review that says the people at this company were rude and awful. I have been coming here since 2013 and I have NEVER dealt with anyone rude or awful. In fact, everyone here has become part of my family and they are so helpful to my business. I know and trust the owner and employees and wouldn't want anyone else to service my generators!

Trying to get someone to repair your RV Onan generator in the Northeast at this time of the year is like winning a lottery. I called shops from NJ, NY to Pennsylvania. None of these shops wanted to replace my starter because it meant they had to drop out the 4K unit to do the work.

When I was in Florida a few weeks ago, the big RV shops and centers said it's the beginning of RV season and you can't get an appointment for like a month. Found this little place in East Rutherford New Jersey. Heard about it because they service all the generators on the Piers (Port Newark, Port Elizabeth) ... It's An Onan / Generac repair facility. I came in, very congenial managemnt, they drop the unit. I came back the next day, they reinstalled with new starter, change the oil filter plugs. It was $498. And usually there's no wait because they very rarely get RVs in this area and usually do the larger commercial Onan units ... especially for the piers. Hope this helps someone. I would have to think twice about boondocking if it wasn't for them.

I bought a house five years ago they had a broken down generator at the time. Generac had a one year wait so I decided to get a service contract through Davis hoping that they would maintain the unit until Generac shipped out new one. We had a terrible thunderstorm it was raining cats and dogs outside, and the electricity went out our generator needed to go on and literally the machine broke down. I called Davis and he sent someone immediately and worked in the rain to get the generator started. I really don’t understand why there is so many bad reviews but this guy and Company really showed what they’re made of since then I have signed two year service contracts at a time and I am literally going there this morning to renew my service contract and they do service Generac and I certainly would not trust anyone else

This organization, if you can call it that, is simply awful. Bought my machine less than a year ago and it breaks down and can not get service. The people at this company are rude and simply awful to deal with. They way over promise and way under deliver.

Regarding generac, they too are absolutely awful. They simply go through the motions pretend to be a caring company but to be honest they are useless.

Horrible,call two to four times they never show up

I just watched someone in a Davis Carburetor & Electric van yell and throw something at the window of the car next to him while stopped at a stoplight for a few minutes and figured that should be noted somewhere.

Do not use these guys. They will come even when you tell them not to, and bill you for service not authorized.

Apparently they are too good to wait in line. Him and his family decided to park in a bus stop and cut in front of 300+ people that have been waiting for over 90 minutes in the rain to get a COVID test. If they are willing to put themselves above everyone else and take shortcuts, what other shortcuts are they willing to take?!

Called them ask for a generator part. They said they close 5:30. I can 5:05 and the closed on me. Very not nice I drove an hour to get here
