I called them over to my house to do an air duct + dryer vent cleaning. When they arrived, they were clean and organized. Both techs were very clear about what the needed to do and performed their work promptly and quietly.

They also went the extra mile and informed me about some tips about what I could do to extend the life of my system before leaving without any trace of them being here whatsoever.

I called Issac’s Duct Specialist to request quote and made an appointment for the air duct & vents cleaning based on great google reviews, especially that they clean after themselves and don’t leave much mess.

On the day of the appointment, the service was done and when making the payment via Zelle, I was asked to pay to Alpha Clean Air!!! WHAT? I was so confused and the tech told me that they are sister companies and they work together…

I would have NOT left this type of review if whoever came performed the job well as described in Issac’s duct specialist 5 star google reviews. I’m now suspicious about these reviews…

Long story short, I was not happy with the Alpha Cleaning Air service for mainly the 1) the ceiling damage around the vent for some paint chips and tear now requiring spackle and painting, 2) techs were not cleaning after themselves..
