Made new installation and closed up the work with ease. Everything works perfectly now. 45 minutes from start to finish. Amazing job…

Reported a water leak in my freezer and while they were very helpful, they were not able to schedule an appmt for a week out. Due to the fact that I had water leaking everywhere, I reached out to the company Choice scheduled me with and they were able to send someone over the next day! Ice maker water line froze up. Great company..."Best Service Appliance Company" and Kevin the technician was able to get it fixed!

We had an issue with our A/C. Made a claim. And had to call & put off the appointment for a week. We had a Yellow Jacket nest in my mobile Home! They understood bc one of the technicians was allergic to wasps! We had Cool Storm A/C& heating come out & they were very nice. Gave us the old broken parts. I like that! After sering the new part go in& then seeing the old part, wow!
I am very Thankful that they were able to work around our infestation of wasp.

Tech at All Drains 70 Plumbing was very knowledgeable he troubleshhoted the problem explained issue and fixed it ....very professional ... prompt...talked on your level... true gentleman!! My homeowners war.company has sent them out to me all three issues ive had over the years and I never want another plumbing agency to work on my home....

Studies show that most people buy a product from someone they like. I agree with this opinion. One of the reasons I choose to move forward with Choice Home Warranty, despite already having a warranty company is because the customer service Bryan provided was far superior than the service I had been receiving elsewhere. I really hope I end up being happy with this company!

Great and timely response to an issue with my gas dryer. Technician was excellent. He identified the issue quickly, ordered the part and promised to call when the part comes in and he’ll be back to install. I’ve used three different home service companies over the past three years but have stayed with Choice Home Warranty program because of their professionalism and quality of services. I just renewed for another year. Easiest financial decision I’ve made all year.

What a pleasant and hassle-free claim.! I am so happy we bought the hole warranty with Choice Home a year ago! From the start of the claim till the end, was such a smooth experience. Technician was very friendly, took some photos of the issue, submitted to CHW and claim was approved within hours...technician was in to replace water heater couple days after with the same brand of tank as b4.! thank you CHW for making it easy.! Rep was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation which was having a oldnwasher. She explained why the replacement was so low. Wish the turnaround for cutting a check was faster, that part is out of her control. I highly recommend using choice warranty forever because my rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I think she could train other reps to make sure customers who are not happy are educated why things are the way the are at choice. I was definitely going to switch but my rep saved a customer for sure and I never got very write reviews but I had to let someone know. Go Choice.

I was skeptical of Choice Home Warranty. I purchased a home will all the major appliances and the age of the appliances is questionable. Recently, the refrigerator stopped working. I filed a claim, but the refrigerator was missing crucial information and deemed unserviceable. The technician was very polite and explained the problem. I requested information from him, as I was expecting a fight to get the refrigerator replaced. Within 30 minutes of him leaving. I received an email stating the details of how and when the refrigerator would be replaced. They are sending us a e-gift card from Lowe's. The process was surprisingly simple and quick. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

At first I was concerned that CHOICE would not contract a technician for my heating system right away, but I was wrong! They were quick. The HVAC technician contracted through CHOICE was amazing. Actually fixed the problem instead of attempting to sell me a brand new heating system. Really appreciate the professionalism.

We have had to use our warranty 3 times this year and choice has never missed a beat approving our claims in a very quick manner. The work is always done immediately and life goes back to good. They are excellent. No one should go without a home warranty cuz you never know what's going to happen.

Being a senior on a fixed income, I don't enjoy adding another monthly bill, but I felt the help with unexpected expenses would be worth the cost. I researched extensively & narrowed my search to five potential plans. Considering all the pros & cons among the top companies, I went with CHOICE for several reasons. Although contacted by text, phone & email from multiple agents in several companies , I found my CHOICE agent to be most considerate of my schedule; also prompt with answers & friendly professionalism. While I did receive lower cost offers, I felt what CHOICE represented was worth a few dollars more, even with my budget. I also liked their straightforward plan.

I sent my representative a text this morning to file a new claim, he immediately responded, calling me by my name.
He then suggested we have a quick call.
In less than 5 minutes, my claim was filed, the service fee was paid, and i was waiting on the tech to contact me!

My dryer stopped heating my clothes on Tuesday. I called Choice and they scheduled me for a week later. I couldn't wait an entire week so I called back and was rescheduled with another appliance repair company, M&K, and they sent a technician out that Friday. He was wonderful and my dryer was repaired. Very happy with the entire process

I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service I received from choice warranty. A qualified repair man from Maytag came to check out my washing machine. Since the machine is 16 years old, he thought it was unlikely that they would be able to get the necessary parts to repair it. After he filed a report with choice, they contacted me within a few days and told me they were going to give me a gift certificate for $650 to replace my machine. Rather than they replace it, they said it would be a better idea for me to choose what I wanted. . This is my second contract with Choice

Finally the right company was assigned to my plumbing project and correctly diagnosed what was causing water to leak from my kitchen ceiling. KUDOS to Wright One Odd Jobs aka Marcus Wright. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the job due to problems with their portal. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

Choice found a very good company to repair my ailing heating system. It was repaired in great time. The $75 copay is much better than most agencies. They did a much better job than HSA by far. I am so glad that I changed to Choice!!!

Reputation redeemed with this service call. Daugherty Plumbing arrived on time and completed service in a timely manner. Was courteous and pleasant to work with.

Ten 31 Services LLC never showed for my July 9, 2025 appointment. No contact, did not answer phone calls or messages. My daughter ended up repairing for me. They will remain on my DO NOT send list.
