This company exceeded our expectations! Their professionalism and courteousness made our unfortunate situation much less worrisome. Their staff was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Service Master if you are in need of any of their many services.

After a sump pump failure, we discovered over a foot of water (and rising) in our finished basement. ServiceMaster was there within two hours and started removing the water with heavy duty pumps. They arranged for outdoor storage boxes and a roll off trash container and quickly emptied the contents of the basement and removed the damaged drywall, carpet, etc and provided the dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the space. The staff was hardworking and professional and took care to protect and preserve what they could and assist us in documenting the damages to the insurance company. I hope I never have to deal with a "disaster" like this again, but they would be my first call.

I recently experienced a frozen water pipe break in my home's basement apartment. After the plumber replaced the broken pipe, I called several water removal/restoration companies, who didn'tget back to me over 4 days.

Eddie, from ServiceMaster Professional Restoration picked up right away and came to access the damage. He and his crew arrived the next day and did both a thorough and diligent, highly detailed job of water removal, carpet removal and checked the walls for water damage.

I am not easily impressed but they did truly impressive work. Blower fans and a dehumidifier were left here running for several days and I highly recommend their service.

Plus Eddie is a great guy. This is the one you should use for this service.

I contacted Cheryl in the call center @ about 9:30am. I did not receive a call back from the Contractor until 12:42pm. The work was to have someone on site for 6pm that evening. Needless to say-I gave the job to a competitor. And they did a wonderful job. I tried to give NO STARS-but the computer would not let me. The one star goes to the call center.
