Best customer service! Heater stopped working Christmas Eve. Had “Saint Nick” out and within a few hours all fixed.

At about 930 at night noticed air conditioner was cycling off and on. Called the A-Team to leave a message. Received a text from Steve and then another confirming they would be at my house at 8 the next morning.
At 8 oclock that morning Tommy was there. Courteous and efficiently diagnosed the issue and was complete by 9 am.

The Service was exceptional. The communication was above and beyond. Every step of the way they did exactly what they said they would do (From the scheduling of the appointment to the repair). For example when they said we would receive a call back in 10 mins - we received a call. The technician Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was reasonable and the repair was completed promptly and exactly when they said it would be done. We will be using A-Team for all of our HVAC service from now on....
