Spoke with Alex in the office to explain our project and he knew exactly what the service team needed to do and what they will need to bring. We agreed on a reasonable price and time and date the project would be completed. Oleg and Anson arrived on time and did an amazing job installing our chandelier in our 26 foot high ceiling. The guys worked quickly, efficiently and with great expertise. Over all smooth operation from working with Alex in the office to Oleg and Anson answering our questions on site. First time using Royal Tech but definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Save yourself time and make Royal Tech your first and only call. Alex provides the best costumer service I have come across with any electrician. His estimate was very fair and accurate. Best of all, he stands by his work. His crew started work when promised (although it was a snow storm) and finished on time. If I had an issue, Alex was one phone call away, and he made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Javier and Shawn were outstanding. They respected my home and tried to limit the amount of holes for the project.
