New roofing

We had ZID to finish our basement after being recommended to us by a family member. The final product was fantastic as can be seen in the photos of the finished product. They were very puntual and gave innovative ideas to make the best of our space. I would recommend ZID to anyone in need of an interior renovation.

ZID Construction, under Bobby’s leadership, did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation. I can’t stress how easy and seamless he made the process - and we were not easy clients. He adjusted to and met every request and created the dream vision to reality. The entire project was done quickly and extremely professionally - far more so than we ever anticipated. Even during the demo/reno, we would come home each night to a tidy, organized and clean space that was easily liveable and didn’t feel like a construction zone. The finishes are impeccable and he paid extreme attention to detail - even redoing things that we were ok with but bc they didn’t meet his standards, they had to be fixed. On top of the quality of service, the costs were extremely reasonable especially for the level of work we received. we would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone if you’re looking for exceptional quality, a skilled and reliable contractor who cares about his work, and a beautiful end result. You can’t go wrong with ZID Construction.

We had our deck built around the pool by ZID construction and it came out excellent! Bobby is so easy to work with and is so nice in person. He is also extremely professional. His worker José is an excellent worker. We are very, very happy that we chose him as our contractor, you will be very pleased with his work!!

Bobby and his team have been providing amazing services over and over again! The first project we did with them was to remodel our basement (which was not just outdated but also moldy) - it came out better than we could have imagined!
A year later we had them add a full bathroom and renew the floor in our family room (including radiant heating) - ZID again provided creative ideas and implemented them within budget! Thank you for always cleaning up at the end of a work day and using boot covers in the rest of the house! :) Highly recommend!

Bobi and his team did an amazing job! Everything from start to finish was done with care and excellent attention to detail. His suggestions were very helpful to achieve the desired look of the bathroom.

Bobby and Jose went above and beyond in tearing down our old bathroom and closet and turned it into the bathroom of our dreams!

Along the way Bobby made sure to keep us in the loop on what he was doing and why, which was very educational and informative. He also went above and beyond in ensuring all my concerns were met. During the process, the team also took great care in keeping the rest of the house clean and livable. We're looking forward to enjoying our bathroom for years to come!

ZID completely renovated our outdated kitchen/dining room. Demo of the floors, walls, existing cabinets, and appliances were efficient and clean. Installation was perfect and they really made our dream kitchen a reality. They showed up on time per schedule and coordinated between all the trades necessary. My husband and I loved working with them and would definitely hire them again in the future. For anyone that is looking to hire for a renovation, Bobby and his team are who you're looking for.
