Horrible people

Terrible! They sign Contracts and then screw small businesses by not paying them. They think they can get away with it but they won’t. They will see me in Court!

Horrible property manager. Doesn’t reply to maintenance requests. One apartment has roaches literally floor to ceiling which are migrating to other apartments. The dumpster is over flowing constantly. The roof had a leak due to negligence and no maintenance 4 months ago and came through 2 apartments above us into our apartment. The water damage hasn’t been fixed and there is mold making the tenants and pets sick. It got into the electrical and they haven’t sent out an electrician. The fire department cut the power and they sent maintenance to turn it back on without having it repaired. Maintenance stated they didn’t know what to do about the mold and left. Code enforcement has been contacted and reached out and still no repairs have been made. Apartments don’t have fire/carbon monoxide detectors. Drug activity day and night. Squatters in the empty apartments (in a secure building bc they won’t change the locks). Calls and emails go unanswered. Their response to the repairs was to put the building up for sale and send cleaners out in the middle of the night to clean the hallway for Zillow photos. The walls are cracking, the floors are sagging, we have mold and pests. A notice was put on the door about pest control every Thursday to appease code. We took our pets out so the apartment could be treated and went to work. Maintenance never showed up to spray for pests. Trying to cover up to get the building sold and off their backs. This has been ongoing for almost a year. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Oak st, Binghamton, NY.

Shady at best. Lots of construction done after 9pm in building and no one is licensed or has insurance. One night I stopped by my office around 10:45 pm working on a deadline and saw a group of men working, when I asked who’s moving in, they all just packed up and left. Building was in great shape when they took over 2 years ago but now it’s falling apart, it looks abandoned and so neglected. The last company use to paint, repair, and even stop by just to say hello, now it’s just unanswered calls, full voicemail, lights not working, bathrooms not working, it’s just so sad. Can’t wait till my lease is up. Just gotta hang on for 1 more year.
