We were completely thrilled to meet Shy Rasheed at Broadway Kitchens & Baths and work with her to plan our custom kitchen (cabinets and countertop). Shy did not hesitate to run over to our completely gutted house and design our dream kitchen filled with more space than I could imagine to fill up with kitchen supplies, utensils, pots and pans, pantry and spices. Shy is not only an amazing designer, she also kept us sane throughout our gut renovation as she provided design ideas for our open concept LR/Kitchen and overall home -- to ensure it kept in line with her kitchen design. She took the time to get to know us, what we loved and how we would utilize our space to ensure it was designed with our needs and comfort in mind. The kitchen is the heart of any home, and Shy certainly made sure our kitchen is inviting, pleasant and filled with love. Shy was on call throughout the entire process to ensure that we ordered the correct appliances and directed all onsite crews for us on next steps. By the way, the kitchen installation and kitchen counter crews were provided through Shy and were all top notch professionals across the board. Thanks Shy for your time, patience and creativity-- we look forward to having you over for dinner.

BKB helped us redo our primary bathroom remodel as well as extend our kitchen cabinets/counters between end of 2021 and fall of 2022.

They made our renovation process as simple as they could by providing all services and contactors under one roof: GC, Plumbing, Electric, Design services, project management, even tech to help ensure our wi-fi steam shower was programmed correctly!

I would recommend BKB to anyone who wants to invest in a quality remodel and does not want to deal with the headache of making all your design choices, schedules, contractor bidding on your own. Great for busy people who cannot babysit their renovation, but still want it done with care.

STRENTHS: Very high quality products and materials, amazing general contractor who is a wizard with woodwork, custom designs, attention to detail, option to bring your own specialists if you want, works with you to fix/change things to make sure it is completed to clients' expectations. Was particularly impressed by the tile work (and we had a lot of large format tile in our project!), a lot of experience and expertise in kitchens and bathrooms in our area

WEAKNESSES: no direct phone or line to our design PM and not the most affordable but you absolutely get what you pay for with quality materials and white glove service

Jeff and the team at Broadway did my entire kitchen remodel as well as all 3 bathrooms in my home. Easy to work with, great communication, and most importantly the work they did is beautiful. Cant say enough A+

Broadway Kitchens & Baths renovated our galley kitchen. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Melanie, the Operations Assistant, was efficient and organized and made several visits to the site. She provided us with weekly and more often if necessary updates on the work schedule. Additionally, she dealt with permits and all inspections. The installers were all very professional and did a great job installing the cabinetry as well as the appliances. The owner of the company, as well as the employees, were accessible and returned calls and e-mails promptly. We are very happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend this company.

Renovating a kitchen can be a daunting undertaking. I decided to take on this task and gut my 1990 small galley kitchen to create a more spacious and updated one.
Broadway Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job. The process went very smoothly.
Designer, Joanna Lisiura, was terrific to work with. She made recommendations and guided me throughout the project. When I had questions and concerns, she was always reassuring, promptly returned my calls, and kept me informed of delivery, installation and countertop fabrication. She is a professional, and most talented designer and artist.
Zibby is an expert installer and did a perfect job with the cabinets. He easily solved a problem to give me more drawer space.
I now have a beautiful new kitchen. All my family and friends are amazed at the transformation and their initial response is WOW! I couldn’t be more pleased.

After completing two major remodeling jobs with BKB, first kitchen then two baths, I would hire them again without hesitation. Their experienced designers considered all of our requests and worked cooperatively with us to finalize the best plan within our budget. Their extensive knowledge of available materials gave us the options we needed to get the best quality at our price point. Having contractors in your home can be disruptive and stressful but BKB workers were respectful , considerate and CLEAN.
BKB provides seamless service from the design stages all the way through installation. Their attention to detail and quality is unmatched. Any issues that arose (as they always do during remodeling projects) were handled professionally, by the owner himself, minimizing aggravation and additional cost. BKB was a pleasure to do business with and would be welcome in our home for our next project.

We had water damage in our kitchen. We are dealing without part of a kitchen. Half of it has no base cabinets, let alone countertop,sink and faucet. So when my wife and I noticed Broadway Kitchens while coming home from my appointment @ Englewood Hospital post op.(had aotic valve replacement) We turned the car around & pulled up in front of the store. My wife crossed her fingers, as we've never been to Broadway Kitchens before. I stayed in the car while my wife went inside. She was gone awhile, so I assumed things were going well. She came out about 20 minutes later and asked me to come inside because she wanted to show me the cabinets she liked. I was introduced to a lady named Shy, who came across knowledgeable and outgoing. I noticed beautiful cabinets on display and honestly, with my untrained eye, I could see anyone of those in our small, but open style kitchen. She was nice enough to offer me a glass of water, as she knew of my surgery. She told my wife that it would be the middle of week which would've been earlier this week that we would've heard from her.
My wife called and spoke with a lady named Melanie. She told her she was waiting for her call that never came. Melanie said, "maybe she got caught up in all that was going at the store."
Now, I'm far from an expert, but I do know in any business, it goes a long way to keep your word. If you don't, what difference does it make what their products look like? A week and a half of waiting. She knew of our situation and now we're back to square one.

Go somewhere else! NO COMMUNICATION, terrible customer service, and changes made that we didn’t expect. Disappointed all the way through with our experience. We originally placed an order and our sales person “left the company suddenly.” Broadway Cabinets never thought to notify us- they just left our emails unanswered. Finally got a hold of someone and was hopeful to complete our project. Cabinets were delivered several months late- and several errors in what was ordered. Many parts of the order were wrong (wrong color, wrong style drawer). We had to settle for a certain cabinet that we didn’t originally order bc I didn’t want to wait all over and needed to be done with this company. You would think they would be more helpful but I had to chase the owner and reps just to get a reply. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. I would NEVER order from this place again.
