First call and very synchronized professional service and very helpful and very nice clean up with very affordable price with great customer care team untill finished work.
I recognized and reliable service.

Samuel quickly came out to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate for clearing out my outdoor storm drain. Service was scheduled for a few days later and Ramon and his partner did an excellent job and once it was found they couldnt camera snake the drain due to it being a drywell they adjusted the cost of services on the spot. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them.

Ramon and Chris were punctual and PATIENT! They took the time to flush all of the down spouts until every one was clean. They diagnosed the problem and made sure I was satisfied. Excellent guys. Highly recommend

Oswald and Osdanier from Viper Jet Drain Services came over to hydro jet our clogged main sewer line. We were completely backed up and unable to use anything. They were very professional, courteous, and explained the entire process as it went along. I couldn't be happier with the results and am happy to recommend them to anyone going forward. Thank you!

Great Company and excellent and knowledgeable technician. Raymond was a nice guy and knowledgeable tech. He identified the issue and cleared out a clogged outdoor drain. He answered our questions and made great recommendations. Would definitely work with this company and Raymond again. I highly recommend!

This company responded IMMEDIATELY, assessed the situation, performed all necessary testing, gave me an analysis of the situation, performed the work that was needed to rectify the problems and walked me through every area of repair to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work before they presented their invoice. Their men are very well-trained, courteous and professional. The work was fairly priced and they accept all major credit cards.

We are selling our home, and the buyers wanted a sewer line inspection. We called viper jet. They showed up the next day. Our technician Chris was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He gave us a video from our home all the way out to the street so that we had proof of a clear sewer line for the buyers. I would highly recommend using Viper Jet

This is the second time I've used ViperJet and I just want to say how awesome, responsive, and nice they are. First time was last year having my main drain jetted in Jersey City and this time similar issue. They are really great, fair and professional. Highly recommend.

I am very happy to find this company. They are honest and professional. I had main sewer line clogged issue with back flow, so I asked them for pressure wash service. They put a camera and found out the spot where I had clogged with grease. They cleaned completely for this clogged area until we saw this grease go away from the camera. They cleaned entire main sewer line. Overall, I am completely happy with their service and will asked them in future if necessary. Once you call them for a service, they guarantee the service and their quality of work is very satisfactory.

Great service. I had kitchen sink clogged issue where previous two plumbers could not fix it. Oswald Belliard was on time, explained well some of the questions and fixed the issue.

First time calling ViperJet, Sam booked the appointment right away and the technician was on time.
I called them to clean the underground rain drainage, one of the lines was completely clogged.
Chris worked with the camera and found out that one line was crushed close to the curb and obstructed on the other end by tree roots.
He cleared most of the debris, left it in working condition until it is repaired, and marked the lawn where our landscaper must do the digging to finish the job.
Very satisfied with Viperjet, and specially with Chris expertise and clear advise on what needs to be done.

I hired ViperJet to perform hydro-jetting of our pipes as part of a home inspection follow-up. Sam was prompt in getting the service scheduled, and Ramon came through for the job today. Ramon was great from start to finish. He explained what was to be done, talked me through the process as it was happening, and even showed me the roots he was clearing out. Our line is cleaner than ever, and he confirmed that there was no damage to the pipes. The notes and video should put the buyers of our house at ease. Highly recommend them.

Viperjet is someone you can always count on. Sam the owner is very attentive and great with scheduling. As a realtor its important to have a go to sewer line company that you can count on. I've had numerous drain-related jobs done, never like this one.
Chris, super friendly guy, started with a thorough check of the pipes layout in the house to determine the best course of action to open up a considerable buildup in the kitchen drain. He then spent more than an hour fighting the clog, all while patiently explaining what is being done, and more.
Great service, professional and friendly--above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Five stars to Sam and Oswald. Had a major issue with rocks in the sewer line. Sam helped us figure out the issue and was very accommodating with getting someone out early and was beyond accommodating in regards to pricing. Found them on Google and called on a whim and from here on out, they’ll be the company I turn to when there’s an issue with any draining.
