I used Heights Plumbing Services many times for different work around the house including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, even some carpentry (when city inspector requested to change a hand rail, they helped us as well). Their people always come on time, do the work quickly, professionally, another words they know what should be done for each task, always clean after themselves, etc. they listen to us and suggest a best way for a repairs.
Special thanks to Edison and Mitch for their quick response and extra steps that they did on our behalf. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs plumbing and HVAC job done.

We had a leak in HVAC drain pipe. Edi came in short notice and fixed the issue very quickly. He’s very friendly and offers a reasonable price.

They came to our house today to install a new water heater and fix our bathroom faucet that was leaking. The workers were courteous and professional and the final price was actually lower than with another plumbing company we tried. I would, in a heartbeat, do business with them again. Highly recommended.

Eddy was a lifesaver! Our hot water tank decided to give up on us, and Eddy came in and took care of everything like a pro. He figured out what was wrong right away, explained it to us in a way that made sense, and got to work. He even stayed late to make sure we had hot water again by the end of the day. Seriously, Eddy went above and beyond, and we’re so thankful for his hard work. If you need a plumber, he’s the one to call!

In March had a problem with my washing machine and my bathtub. I called another plumber to came and fix it, but he just made things worst. My husband called one of the plumbers of Heights Plumbing Services they came very fast. Since than Everything is perfect.

Team of Heights Plumbing did wonderful job and completed to replace heating boiler and water heater in one day, permit inspection passed without issue, I really thanks to team for perfect works.

Edison is great professional. Today, He installed water heater with his guy for me and also fixed my boiler leaking issue. They did an absolutely great job! I will take them as my primary plumbing care going forward, instead of buying fake coverage from home serve.

Me and my wife We just bought a house in Bergen County recently and our HVAC system was shot!!

After more than 20 years being ripped off by the big company, I finally decided to go small. Eddy was efficient, honest and fair. He did not try to sell me anything other than what’s needed, and got the job done. From now on Heights plumbing is it. I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with my service. I called at 5pm, by 6pm my AC unit was fixed. Eddie came and fixed the problem and explained to me what was wrong. I would highly recommend him.

My HVAC was not cooling, I called someone who told me the compressor needed to be changed and it would cost $4,200. Asked Heights to come, they saw the compressor was not working but they changed the capacitor for a less than $600 and the compressor started working. Thank you Eddy.

Edison, the technician from Heights, came to service my central AC unit and ductless unit and was very kind and knowledgeable. The company has an easy and sensible payment structure for the year, and Edison was also very thorough in his approach and described what they would do for the heating maintenance as well in September and December. I'm very happy so far with the service!

Edi arrived promptly and was not only polite but also incredibly professional throughout the entire time. What truly stood out was his honesty, which is something that's hard to come by these days. He cleared a toilet that was severely clogged. He took the time to explain the issue to the tenant and why they caused the overflow with too many flushes when it was extremely clogged. It's rare to find someone you can genuinely trust, but after this experience, Edi will absolutely be the first person we call for any future plumbing needs. His work ethic and integrity are unmatched.
