Excellent customer service

They make the best mixers. They are close to my business and have great parts. A bit high in price but nice quality.

Guys came out quickly and serviced my machine in no time! Awesome and friendly technician explained in great detail what happened! Highly reccomend!

This place has some of the most knowledgeable people working here. I got sent here by my boss under the impression he had already coordinated with them and I was picking up a few parts. Turns out that he did no such thing and also didn't give me any of the information I needed to provide Hobart with. I wish I remembered his name but a guy working there was able to determine exactly what I needed and what it was for instantly after just looking at a small 2 inch broken piece of metal. Hats off to him. I'm betting my boss never sent them the email they need to coordinate so I'm sure I'll be back

Horrible experience. Sketchy pricing.still waiting for Manager to call me back. After $500 plus mixer still not fixed.

You trust the "experts" to fix your machine. Simple mistake cost me another 500$. The "customer" needs to confirm the "expert" tightened all the screws. Doesn't make sense.

Hobart machines are too expensive for what they are and service is even worse . Stay away...I own two they always need service and its never less $300 to show min. Main board went on new one after 1 year they wouldn'y help. For a 4k machine this is really bad wish I has cheaper version and I wousl just replace new ever two years it would be cheaper less headache! You have been warned.

If i could a 0 I would. They were suppose to fix a leak, well they came out and replaced hose but still leaking, then came out again and tried something else, we'll finally the 3rd time everything was fixed. Then I got a bill for $2k bc they charged me everytime they came back out. What terrible business practice. NEVER use them again. This is horrible how they screw people

We have had the machine for more than 10 years and need to change the grease, so we called the service to arrange a grease change. We were told that it did not need to change it now but in a few months. Since the technician was at our shop so we asked to change it the day. But he did not have it so need to come back with it. That was $501.26!
Nothing was solved but they charge us money. I don't think they are professional. We never had this disrespectful service but this company.
We called the service and someone will reach out to us but no one has called.
