We needed our front porch redone and decided to improve the look of the front with stone. We are so pleased with the outcome. The work done was on-time and exceeded our expectations. They are professional and thoughtful with good recommendations.

This company is truly amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They just completed a basement project on my home and to say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Olti, Ermal, and their team definitely takes pride in what they do. They care if you are happy with the project and how it is going. They are true to their word as far as the timeline of the project and when they will show up. They worked full days, everyday (including weekends) to ensure that the project was completed in the timeframe that I needed it to be completed in. And to top off everything else they are truly nice genuine people. I will definitely be using them again for any project I need done on my home in the future. Thorough, thoughtful and excellent communication - not to mention the quality of the masonry- spectacular work. Olti had a vision and continually provided updates with clear expectations of what would happen next. The final product was exactly what we wanted despite a couple minor changes that no one could have foreseen. Olti overcame those obstacles confidently and still completed the wall faster than expected. After getting 5 estimates 21st Century got the job because he took the time to really understand what we were hoping for treated my property like it was his own and gave me the impression he would do the job right. Too often I’ve fallen for the lowest estimate because someone “thinks” they can do a job right. Olti KNOWS Masonry and his brother loves Landscaping. They’re a fun team to watch create and execute. I had a great experience working with Olti and Ermal. I’ve used many companies in the past…the key differentiator is that Olti and Ermal do what they say!

I had an urgent issue with my commercial (roof mounted) HVAC system…Olti understood the urgency - he had one of his guys out there the same day and everything was done and finished in 3 days. The sense of urgency and responsiveness was amazing. Relative to what they are used to, this was probably a small job for them, but it was handled extremely professionally and quick.

Looking forward to the next project with them!

Olti (and his brother Ermal and crew) are the best contractors to work with.
We have worked with many others.
Professional, easy to communicate with, neat, punctual, do what they say they will, consider your project as if you are family.
They helped us with a leak in our basement by solving the problem (cracks in the foundation) and new drainage rather than with bandaids (French drains and sump pumps). They really analyzed the problem first, made suggestions and then got the job done quickly and efficiently…and followed up after every rain to see how we are doing!
It is dry for the 1st time …even after downpours!
Olti personally supervised the work from start to finish, especially when any other workers are involved.
They are a pleasure to work with.
Will never call anyone else! 5 stars plus!

I first used 21st Century Construction for my patio and I am very excited with the final looks of the it! I can’t say enough about this team and the speed in which they were able to complete it. These guys operate like a well-oiled machine, they showed up when they did, delivered what they said they would, and completed the work within the timeframe they promised.

I was thrilled with the quality of the work and how easy it was to work with Olti and his team. I wasn’t quite sure about what I wanted but with the experience and professionalism of 21st Century Construction I was guided to the perfect patio for our home.

Olti and his team did an excellent job in my backyard with pavers, repairing steps and transferring AC units from back yard to side of the house. They worked quickly and efficiently. Olti takes pride in doing his job right and making sure costumer is happy. Highly recommend this company for all your construction needs and will definitely be using them again!

We have used 21st Century Standard Construction a couple times.
Last year they did a complete roof replacement. They did an amazing job. We were very happy with the results.

When we needed to renovate one of our apartments, we called Olti. We knew from working with him in the past, the job would be done perfectly. He is very conscientious. He is on the job everyday overseeing the men making sure every aspect of the job is being done correctly. They installed a new kitchen & bath, refinished the hardwood floors like new in four large rooms and hallway, and painted the whole apartment. The apartment came out beautiful.

The job was completed in record time....finished before the promised date. On budget. We would definitely use Olti/21st Century Standard Construction on all future projects in our home and in our other properties.

Olti and his team are the best, very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. I hired them to redo my driveway, take down backyard deck and install patio. He was very responsive to all of my questions both via text and phone (never sounded annoyed). He said the work would take two weeks, and that is exactly how long it took - this was very important to for me. His team showed up everyday and were onsite full day. Everyone was friendly, diligent and hardworking. The price was competitive. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I was truly impressed by how quick and professional they are. They did an incredible job helping me redo my backyard - putting in new pavers, installing a swim spa and leveling my back yard. I love the way everything came out.

Olti was extremely responsive, professional and friendly. Besides my backyard he helped me with other things such as a new shower door, new water heater, fixing a plumbing issue, fixing my floors as well as several other projects. He got everything done extremely fast, always responds right away and was able to have someone help with multiple projects at once. I have worked with other contractors in the past and I will never work with anyone else. 5 star experience, no nonsense and great results!!

Olti and his team did a great job on concrete work and a retaining wall for my new raised bed garden. They offered good design suggestions. They started on the day they said they would and finished exactly on the day they said they would. They cleaned up the concrete dust and were very neat. I’ve gotten compliments from other contractors that were working on other parts of my job. Thanks for relieving the stress of home repairs!

Punctual, helpful and professional from start to finish. Did an absolutely wonderful job on a paver patio in the backyard as well as full landscaping ( grading/ seed/ planting etc ) makeover for the whole property.

Here is the kicker, it was all done in about 4-5 days!

Dealing with 21st Century was the best decision we made. After my neighbor and I had been talking about our yards slanting down and how unlevel they were we worked together to get estimates and were referred to 21st Century Construction. We decided to use them after they were thorough with their plan and explained how they would change our yards for the better. They leveled the property, installed 2 retaining walls, created an octagon shape firepit and installed drains to run water away from our house all in less than 10 days even working weekends to have the best weather to complete during the winter. Looking forward to our next project and landscaping. Thank you Olti and crew.
