I don't usually write reviews, but Dash Dryer Vent Service deserves one. For the past few weeks, my dryer has been incredibly hot to the touch, and I thought it was just the end of its life. I didn't realize it was backed up with lint nearly all the way to the top of the vent. The technician who came was very nice, polite, and respectful while spending as much time as necessary to let me know what was going on with the dryer vent cleaning process and provided answers. He broke down the issue in layman's terms, showed me the gunk he removed from my dryer vent, and you could feel the airflow from where he left it to dry. I appreciated the fact that he did it without any lint blowback. Dash's tech took his time and was very thorough and professional.
