This business is a complete disaster. The employees have a bad attitude and treat customers with disrespect. I visited to inquire about a furnace part and was sent on a wild goose chase to find it myself. When I asked the staff member to check the computer, she refused, displaying extremely rude behavior. It's inexcusable that they would act this way when they're supposed to be serving us, the customers who pay their salaries. The fact that they don't seem to care about providing good customer service is staggering. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from this place.
