This company's equipment failed after less than a year due to a faulty motor. Despite being under warranty, I've had trouble getting a replacement part through their customer service team. They pointed me towards their partner network, but partners aren't willing to exchange defective motors without charging me almost the same price for diagnosis and replacement as the new unit. It's unfair that I'm expected to pay for this when it was the product's poor quality that caused the issue. I've already paid for the equipment and installation - why shouldn't the company cover the labor costs and provide a working motor?
