We've had our Toto toilet with Washlet installed for a couple of months now and it is fantastic. Essie did a great job of helping us pick out and get the toilet we wanted.

Great showroom, lots of options. Customer service was excellent. We are renovating our bathroom and Sherin assisted us with choice selections and went a step further and searched for a tub until she found one that fit our needs. Very accommodating and would highly recommend this place and Sherin.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I experienced at AF Hardware Bath & Spa. Olesea and the rest of the team worked diligently with Grohe & Kohler’s customer service reps on issues I had with faucets I had previously purchased. They emailed and called to rectify my problems. They were terrific. I am totally satisfied with the service and follow-up they provided. I highly recommend AF Hardware Bath & Spa.

I have been to AF hardware about five times these past three months to purchase items for both my kitchen renovation and my bathroom renovation. I’ve worked with Essie Ramos each time. Essie is a total professional and she’s also fun to work with. She absolutely knows how to do her job and how to make her customer happy. It’s been a great pleasure to work with Essie. Also, the showroom is excellent and I’m sure everyone else who works at AF hardware is excellent.

Seems things are changing and worth a visit the new stuff they have is amazing and not Available anywhere else ! This place is huge and full of deals.

very mean sale person

Walked in. No one acknowledged us or said hi. Store was empty. Staff After 20 minutes of browsing, we walked out and no one even noticed. Would never go back.

I’m not one to write reviews, but unfortunately the customer service here is horrible. The lack of communication between employees is disappointing. For over 4 months I was waiting for my parts. I understand COVID has a lot to do with parts delivery being delayed, but I did not receive a phone call when they actually did. For the price I paid the disappointment is unbelievably outrageous. I will not be returning and will inform all the contractors and people I know of the lack of professionalism from this store.

My wife and I visited this store twice - once about a 1/2 hour before closing and once about 15 minutes before closing. Since we both have full-time jobs, we cannot make it in any earlier. Their business hours are limited. Both times we were greeted rather rudely with "we are closing shortly" instead of "may I help you". As the customer, it felt like our business was secondary to their convenience, so we will make it a point to never ever purchase anything from them and we will share your non-existent customer service experience. We ended up making the purchase from elsewhere. Your loss.

The staff at this place seem indifferent to help you. A heavy set blond saleswoman was particular rude to deal with, basically refusing to help us, even though the place had no customers in it at the time. Our contractor had told us 'only' to deal with Fernanda at this place and now I understand why! We ended up going back to Ferguson in Clifton and had the opposite experience.

High end store with terrible service!
If you want to buy high end bath fixtures take your business somewhere else. While we found great Toto and Grohe fixtures, the service and delivery execution was unacceptable, $3500 Toto toilet was delivered with the wrong cover! Faucet was delivered with a part that did not fit - causing us severe delays as we had to wait for a replacement from the manufacturer (store doesn’t stock anything). And after spending over $6000 at the store they refused to accept a $100 shower rod we wanted to return! Totally disappointed in Shireen our salesperson.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT order anything from AF Supply. The condition the tub I ordered was delivered in is appalling. While the item was not damaged (unbelievably - and only bc it is made out of enameled steel), the box was FILTHY and opened and ripped on the top AND the sides, revealing the tub wall and top. In fact, there was dirt and debris on the base of the inside of the tub (dirt, leaves, etc). I'm honestly really surprised AF Supply felt comfortable even shipping this item to me in the condition it's in. Clearly, they don't care about quality control or the condition of their items before they're sent to you.

Not only that, the delivery people will do the absolute bare minimum. Do not expect them to do any more than drop it in your driveway. They are "not allowed" to move it into your home or onto a porch. So, if you don't have a garage, ensure you have extra help to move this item to a covered location.

I will never order from this company again, and I recommend that you do not order from them.

I have really had the most awful experience with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only did they take more than a month to get my plumbing fixtures but then didn't send me everything I ordered and expected me to wait another 10 days to get one if the parts I ordered because their warehouse gave it to another customer who made an order just a week before the parts came in. I literally sat in their showroom for 3 hours making them obtain the part they should have sent me originally. Of course this held up completion of my bathroom for 2 more weeks. When I finally got all the parts he couldn't finish the bathroom because they sent me the wrong diverter valve- which the salesman ordered the more expensive valve that I could not use. Which necessitated another wait to obtain the correct part and another trip for the plumber which of course costs more money. The manager of the showroom insists that the plumber could have used it if he did the plumbing different however as I told the manager- the plumbing was already done and the walls were up and tiled so the salesman should have just given me the correct parts I needed. I showed him pictures of all the plumbing and exactly what I needed for the shower so not sure why he would order the other parts. So in the end after 3 trips to my home from the plumber and waiting another 3 weeks to obtain the correct parts my bathroom is finally done. And now today I receive a bill in the mail from this company for another $110. Not only are they incompetent they also take no responsibility or accountability for their incompetence. The manager in the office literally tried to say it wasn’t their fault that it took over a month to obtain my plumbing fixtures because the shipping company needed someone to sign for the delivery and also when the warehouse took my part and gave it to someone who just ordered the same plumbing fixtures the week before. IT WASNT THEIR FAULT!!! She failed to send me a return label to send back the parts they had to send me to replace the ones they sent me in error and now wants to try to bill me for the parts. And now when I call and ask why I received a bill she says it’s been crazy there. Complete and utter incompetence and lack of concern for their customers. They don’t care that my bathroom took 1.5 months longer to complete because of their incompetence. And they don’t care that I had to pay the plumber to come to my home 2 extra times. When I mentioned that to Fernanda she said it’s costing her money to send me the new parts. How incompetent of a company. Don’t buy anything there unless you want aggravation.
