We live in West New York NJ. This is the third time my husband Luis and I contact Mr. Julian. He has fixed underneath our kitchen sink, heater, and recently fixed a leak and added a P trap in our bathroom sink. He is reliable and very skilled at what he does. He does not cut corners and goes above and beyond. We recommend him and will continue to use his services.

Julian was able to show up same day to fix my boiler. He was also able to unclog a toilet which had a large bone stuck in it that was preventing it from flushing properly.

Julian is our Christmas angel! Our pipes froze Christmas Eve. And on Christmas morning the pipes exploded! What a disaster! On a holiday where everyone you might call is off and enjoying the day- Julian actually answered and showed up with a smile to help! He found the holes-fixed our pipes and had the water running in less then two hours and off to the next house. He truely is Santa Claus. Highly recommended!

Julian replaced a bathroom faucet in North Bergen for one of my tenants. I showed him a video of the leakage. He gave me a quote for the labor and parts. He replaced the leaky faucet and valve.

Overall, he's reasonable price, on-time (which is always frustrating with other plumbers), and professional. I had a little hard time communicating with him. Overall, communication is not an issue. I will definitely hire Julian for my other properties.

Julian did a great job fixing the clog in our kitchen sink. He had a professional grade snake that was able to get rid of the grease clog. Also we had a ventilation issue in the pipe that also contributed to the water not able to escape. Julian was very friendly and willing to explain what the problem was. Thank you Julian!

He came to my home on the same day I called him on Sunday! That's a big help. He told me that I didn't need to worry about the potential leak. That's not a leak. Julian is a super patient guy. I asked him a lot of questions: water leak, AC, water heater and redo caulking. He gave me valuable suggestions without pushing me to use his service. He is so nice with reasonable price. Great value! Highly recommended. I will call him for sure if I need to do any future fixing and cleaning service.

Julian picked up the phone immediately... I texted him photos of my flooding problems in the basement... he gave me fair pricing options and was fixing the problem within an hour. We had an emergency with no hot water from the shower. We called him and he was able to fix it right away. Other company’s wanted to come a different day and he was able to come within the hour. I highly recommend.
