Flavio is truly incredible. He did beautiful work in my wife’s home office and also installed a water softener. He works with great attention to detail and was very mindful of COVID precautions. I know I can rely on his professionalism and his work!

Water Flow Plumbing & Heating is the only company I will ever use from now on. Flavio is the most responsive owner. He does the job himself in the most professional manner. He answered our call on a Sunday morning and stopped by in half an hour to take care of a leak for us. He is the most honest person I've ever met. Other plumbing companies charge more for weekend and emergency service, not Water Flow Plumbing. Flavio thank you for your amazing customer service and your expertise.

I highly recommend Flavio, he is the best plumber I ever used. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. Recently, my gas line was required to do pressure test by the utility company. However, they refuse to provide clear instruction how to do it, I have more than 2 Plumbers come to check, they have no idea what they supposed to do, until I have Flavio, he explained to me what should we do. Very helpful! He is really knowledgeable and patient! If you need a plumber, he is the right one for you in NJ. Worry free!

Flavio and his team are the best! Personable and professional, I highly recommend them. They did all the plumbing on my recent bathroom model, changing numerous fixtures and piping, always on time and communicative. They are now my go to for any plumbing and heating needs.

Flavio and his crew were very professional and informative to my boyfriend and myself. He found exactly what needed to be repaired, as well as located other areas that needed to be corrected or updated. He asked us before he worked on each additional item outside of the estimate/original request to make sure we were ok with it. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up once they left at the end of the day. They’re a very kind crew, I recommend them to everyone!

We just used this company for the construction of our new home and we couldn't be happier with their service. They were amazing, the crew is attentive, careful and organized. They are responsive and respectful, show up when they say they are going to show up, easy to work with and accommodating to other trades as well. From rough-in to full completion of the job, they were amazing. The owner Flavio carefully supervised his crew and is present at every inspection. Working with them was a breeze and they went above and beyond.

Words can't describe how AMAZING Water Flow was! They answered the phone right away and came out to give us an estimate the same day!! Their prices were extremely fair and they even did work on my friends house and when I saw the quality I knew they were the company for me!! Flavio came out and he was very respectful, clean and knowledgeable and when I wasn't sure what I wanted he kindly presented me with options. 10/10!! 👌👍

My kitchen sink was leaking and Flavio came to save the day! I appreciated that he wore a face mask (which nowadays is a must), brought his own shoe covers to wear, and laid down a mat to protect the floor where he was working. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly and was able to fix the leaking issue quickly.

He was very neat and gathered all items to be disposed of and left my kitchen as clean as it was before he came.

Would definitely recommend Flavio to anyone in need of plumbing services!

It is very rare to find a contractor who communicates with you and let's you know when they are coming to your house and actually show up. Flavio goes above and beyond. He will do everything in his power to fit you in even when he is inundated. His work is top notch, he is a perfectionist, he cares about his customers and loves what he does. Flavio is the best plumber I have ever used. We woke up one Sunday morning to a flooded basement thanks to a broken water heater. When I called him he was on another job over 60 miles away but he talked me through how to drain the water heater to stop the flooding. He was at my house within a few hours and replaced the water heater the same day. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? I recommend him to everyone I know and everyone says the same thing, he is the best.

Flavio has worked at our house multiple times from changing out a broken kitchen faucet, adding baseboard heat in our family room, to plumbing out a totally new bathroom. He is very professional, knowledgable, experienced, and so nice! We give Flavio 10 stars!

I called Water Flow Plumbing in a late afternoon to change the broken pressure gauge of my boiler. Flavio answered the call and came to my home right away to have the heating system checked. He was obviously very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problems and old parts to be replaced, got the materials, and fixed them with high quality.

Flavio is a true professional and friendly guy. We had him do extensive repairs and replacements in 2 bathrooms, the kitchen as well as outdoor faucets and shut off valves. He explained the necessary repairs before doing them, allowing us to sign off before the work was done. He showed up on time, was very clean in his workspace and did outstanding work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Flavio was excellent. He has great knowledge from knowing our complicated boiler to softening water and solved our hot water issues. Where others could not identify the problem but just suggested expensive alternatives. Flavio knew what the issue was and had easy low cost fixes. Very experienced and great pricing. After many other plumbers he is now our go to Plumber and will be serving our boiler annually as well as some other project. We highly recommend him.

Water Flow Plumbing and Heating install all new plumbing fixtures at my house. When I called for a estimate I got the owner to come out quickly and give me advice in which brands to use and what not to use. His expertise was amazing often pointing me away from the expensive fixtures and guiding me to the reliable elegant fixtures. His price was fair but his work was excellent. I later had them come back to run new plumbing to a new bathroom In my basement and their work was neat and very artistic like. And after I Sheetrock and times he made my job a priority to fit the install of my fixtures in coming after traditional work hours to accommodate my work schedule. I called Flavio because my home insurance company wanted me to install a leak detection and auto shut off device to my main water line. Flavio came and installed it on the same day. He has so much knowledge and is capable of doing all kinds of plumbing work. I have so much respect for him because he does not overcharge and does a beautiful clean job! I always call him whenever I have any plumbing issues. He is the only plumber is NJ I trust. He takes all the calls himself and immediately responds to the customers' needs. Thank you Flavio!
