Can't recommend them enough. With natural gas recently run into our development, we called a bunch of companies to help convert us. Jack Frost was just the best and most straight forward with how it would get done with reasonable timelines and a price that made sense. They just recently did the work and I couldn't be happier with their work. Super professional and their attention to detail (just little things like releveling my range, cleaning up previous work that was done, etc.) was perfect. Huge thank you to Tyler and Mario. Great work!

I just had an old air conditioner replaced in my home by the Jack Frost company ,and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their service was exemplary.

This was the second time I had Jack Frost come to address an issue with my Energy Kinetics oil burner. Both times service and advise was excellent. Based upon my prior experiences I signed up for their maintenance program. Thank You Tom and Tom Jr

These guys are actual life savers. I had a huge issue using AJ Perry where they could not figure out what was wrong with my heat pump/breaker, sent 6 people out to my house and then eventually gave up on me at 8pm on the coldest day of the year. Tyler from Jack Frost came, was inside my house for less than 5 minutes, diagnosed the issue, gave me a number for an amazing electrician and didnt even charge me. I will absolutely without a doubt be using Jack Frost for everything else I need going forward. Absolute professionals, friendly and beyond fair. Thank you Jack Frost.

We had our new air conditioning system installed June 7th!! The process started two weeks before when Tyler came out and inspected our system. Our system failed after 22 years and after finding out we had duct work that needed to be replaced the job became bigger than we anticipated. We had other companies come out to bid as well but Tyler was great to work with and never pressured us for a decision like other companies. we decided with Jack Frost after reading many positive reviews about their customer service. The install went smoothly with Mario and his crew working hard to get the job done right. The entire crew was polite, cleaned up after the job, and explained the system to us. Mario even stayed after 7 pm on a Friday make sure everything was done perfectly! Tyler showed up that day as well to check in and make sure there were no problems! All around a great experience working with this company! We would highly recommend them!

UPDATE August 2024: Our upstairs A/C wasn't working so I put in a call. Jack Frost dispatched the next morning, diagnosed and repaired the problem, once again proving why I have a maintenance contract. The unit they repaired is nearly 20 years old, so when it comes time to replace it, Jack Frost definitely has my business!

UPDATE July 2023: Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year! I called Jack Frost since we have a maintenance contract with them, and after apologizing about being backlogged, they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day. They arrived early and were done in 30 minutes ... unit fixed and family nice and cool again. Highly recommended!

From 2020 ... We reached out to 3 or 4 other service providers that were recommended to us but they never returned our calls. Jack Frost was available to come out the same day and installed my new furnace the next day! I thought that their price was reasonable and the installation team did an excellent job. They actually ran into an issue as they were firing up the furnace and persevered until the issue was resolved (which was actually a bit elusive). I liked them so much, I signed up for a service contract to cover all of the furnaces and hot water heaters in my home. Kudos!

Jack Frost rescued us 2 days before Christmas when our boiler shut down! Thank you for your speedy professional work! They also installed our new a/c system last summer. We trust their work and they have always been available quickly for us! Highly recommend Jack Frost!

Was having an issue with my air conditioning 3 zones. Tyler showed up the same as I called debugged the problem, one if the dampers was broken. Part was ordered, a few days later came back and replace the damper solenoid, it was 95 outside and like a sauna in the attic. Once the damper was replaced another issue popped up, Tyler debug the system pretty quickly and got all the zones working correctly. Now the downstairs cools correctly, Thank you very much for such prompt and professional service.

Overall experience was great. I needed an inspection done on my system and they scheduled an appointment the next day. Tyler came out to do the inspection work. He was great ! 3 P’s - Prompt , professional & polite . Will definitely be using them again for any of my HVAC work .

Zach arrived a few minutes early (yay). He was incredibly polite and friendly. He got right to work and checked the main AC system and then the mini-split. Zach explained everything for both systems and wanted to make sure we understood everything and had no questions. We renewed our contract for next year and are still quite happy with Jack Frost. The below review was submitted by me last year and we’re still happy !

Tyler came by to discuss an annual service plan for us and happily arrived a bit early. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about our AC, furnace and water heater. He understood our concerns and was able to answer all of our questions. We are happy with the price offered and how quickly we were able to get our appointment. We’re looking forward to a long relationship.

Purchased a house and asked Jack Frost to come out and do the evaluation and the tune up. Thomas Sr. spent a few hours going over all items, correcting issues and explaining the system setup. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Jack Frost is great to work with and has done work in numerous homes belonging to our extended family. I was able to get them out to my home quickly to inspect my AC and heating after a new home purchase. Tyler was great to work with and was very attentive in listening to the issues we were seeing and was very professional in all aspects of the job. Tyler came back a second time to do a full AC cleaning and double check that we were not still experiencing any issues after his initial visit. We used Jack Frost to perform a Natural Gas Conversion at our home and were Very Satisfied with our experience. Tyler and his team responded quickly at the onset of the project and carried that energy through to completion. They quickly obtained permits from the town, obtained the necessary materials/conversion kits and performed the installation quickly and with quality workmanship. Tyler, Tom and Mario were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. They also provide email-reminders for appointments & text-alerts when a technician is in-route to our home. A Quality Outfit!

AS we turned our ac unit on for the season, my 25 year old central AC unit was making very loud noises, it almost sounded like a jet plane. The only major repair done on this unit was last year when the fan motor needed replacement. Other than that this unit has over performed for us for years. We made the call to Jack Frost after the other company (that put in the new fan) was unable to come out and service for 5 days. We fully expected that this unit was most likely done since it was 25 years old and were bracing for the possibility that we were in for some serious expenses. Tyler came out to our home and performed a full inspection and said the unit, for it's age, was in ok condition and it looked like the fan was the culprit. (We were a little annoyed because we e just replaced it the year before). He did not try to sell us a new unit and was very honest and I appreciate that so much. He was able to order an OEM fan replacement and came back within a week and installed it in record time. He was courteous and very informative when we asked questions. I know this AC unit can go at any time but for now we are good and the out of pocket was not all that bad, considering the alternative. I will be using them again, but hopefully not for a while!

Jack Frost was incredibly responsive when we needed them the most. During a cold stretch this winter our furnace went out and needed to be replaced. They were able to source and install a furnace faster than anyone else and at a very fair price. We have used them for years servicing our equipment and have found them to be very fair and reliable.

I had a great experience with Jack Frost! Days before our daughter's Sweet 16, our HVAC unit started making loud noises in the middle of the night, waking everyone up. Luckily, it was cool enough to shut it down for a few hours.

I searched Google for HVAC services and saw Jack Frost Heating & Air Conditioning at the top of the local listings. I've seen their trucks often, so I figured they must be good. I called, and a technician arrived within a couple of hours.

Zachary, our technician, quickly isolated the problem and gave me options. After deciding, he made a few trips for parts, and our system was back online. I highly recommend Jack Frost! Thank you for saving our daughter's Sweet 16 planning headquarters from disaster!

I had an Energy Kinetics System 2000 boiler installed by a previous company that wouldn't maintain the system. I called Energy Kinetics directly and they gave me 4 companies to call. After speaking with all 4, I went with Jack Frost. They came the next day and performed a boiler maintence, and within minutes was able to correct the issue I had with my heating a specific area that the previous company screwed up on. I signed up for the maintenance plan right there and then.

No heat. Several other companies wouldn't get back to me or couldn't come for several days. They were able to come the same day for no extra charge. They also text when they are on the way. Also upfront with pricing regarding call out and diagnosis.

EXCELLENT! I called and Thomas Jr was at my house same day, right on time. He was personable, knowlegable, explained everything completely (without making a sales pitch).
This is a family owned small business and we need to keep businesses like this alive. They service and repair honestly and the right way!

Addendum: we decided to have new thermostats installed after our great experience with Thomas Jr the first time. The first night we set to A/C, nothing happened! I called, Thomas came back, found the minor wiring issue, owned his error, VOILA! All good!
Still a 10 in our book and the only folks we will use for our HVAC going forward!
