It's hard to say enough about this AC company. Ron was incredible--friendly, professional, and always on time. He was very thorough in his work, cleaning as he went. It is rare to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC services. They're definitely someone I will use again. Thanks, Ron!

Clayton was wonderful! He was personable and very professional throughout his entire visit. He told us that although it could technically still be repaired, the cost of the labor and parts would probably be almost as high as buying a brand new mini split unit. He was very thorough and explained things clearly. We had all the info we needed to decide what to do. I was impressed by his honesty, diligence, and care when he helped us understand our choices. Highly recommended Clayton for anyone in need of HVAC support.

Mr Chuck was prompt to arrive and get started. He was courteous and professional. He managed to enter our attic which was a difficult task and quickly installed our HVAC. He saved us a lot of money by providing us with the best advice and service. Highly recommended! !

On time. I was surprised to see that the delivery was early. Friendly, helpful, and competent. What more could you ask for. Trent quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue, and we had the house cooling again within minutes. You are very kind.

They sent out a technician almost immediately. Ben Tongue, the plumber, was excellent in his explanation of the problem and was friendly and engaging. Ben Tongue will be back to fix any issues that arise in the future.

Their prices are a little high, but that's because they spend a lot of time and effort to fix the problem. Cost was secondary because this issue required immediate attention.

The techs were on-time and knew everything about my A/C system. They did the annual check-up of my A/C. It was a fair price, and the workers cleaned up. Will use again and would recommend based upon my experience.

Update .....just had my new system installed. Zimmerman AC is the best. They came multiple times out to my home to get us the right system. As I live with a lung donor, filtration was a priority for me. After having multiple contractors submit bids over the course of a whole year, Zimmerman won out because it's a local small business. Mr. Zimmerman even came to my house and explained the pros/cons of each of the options. Zimmerman employees did the installation. They were polite and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, were clean, and had a lot of knowledge. When the install was finished, my house looked as if it had never been touched.
They're very competitively priced with a great warranty. They took care of CPS rebates. Painless. I would recommend the company to my friends and family.
