The guys from Poseidon were communicative, on time and professional. They took there time to ensure everything was connected and free of leaks, took all used materials with them and made sure I knew that they were standing by should I need to have them back for any reason.

They were fast to respond, and theprice was better than a Home Depot install.the communication and work were excellent. Austin and Logan stuck it out through a difficult installation process. Highly recommended.

My house needed a filtration system badly, our town water is not the best so I made an appointment with Poseidon Plumbing and we were not disappointed at all!

Logan and Hussein were on time, they respected my home and wore boot covers, explained the maintenance to us and were overall very thorough with details.

JP and Austin did an excellent job replacing our two toilettes. They notified us about arrival time, were respectful of our house by cleaning up afterwards. The toilettes were brought in by them so no trouble with deliveries etc. Both bathrooms look and function beautifully. Well done - We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I own a few homes few homes in the middle bergen county area, I have had tons of contractors come and go that I will never call again. My shower valve would not shut off and Poseidon plumbing came highly recommended

As a new homeowner in Rockaway, NJ, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber was no easy task - but Hussein, the owner of Poseidon plumbing, has exceeded all of my expectations.

A couple weeks ago, my pipes froze during a cold snap. I called Poseidon and Hussein sent his technician, Jason, out right away. Jason’s expertise and professionalism were evident and he quickly identified the problem - a frozen PEX pipe completely hidden from view. The builder failed to properly insulate the PEX pipes, but Jason went above and beyond. He installed additional insulation and wrapped the PEX to provide extra protection from the cold, ensuring the issue wouldn’t happen again. (He just of easily could have defrosted the pipe to get the water flowing and left).

On top of the good, honest work, they charged me an extremely fair price - a rarity these days.

It’s such a relief to have found a solid plumber I can trust. Although they are a “newer” company - don’t let that detract from using them. Hussein, Jason, and his other technicians have years of experience. I’ve already recommended Poseidon to all of my neighbors.

I recently had Poseidon come and install a new water softener. The technician Hussein took his time and explained everything to me regarding the problems with my old one and how to properly maintain the new system. Hussein and Logan are lifesavers! Very professional and knowledgeable team. My underground sump pump drainage line was backing up into my basement. They found my issue with ease, repaired the line in no time, and even added an overflow to reduce the risk of flooding in the future. Poseidon Plumbing will be my go to for all plumbing concerns. Poseidon has done some work for me a number of times. I am extremely happy to have found them. Their prices are very reasonable. So far I have hired them to replace two sump pumps in a crawlspace, winterize my sprinkler system, replace the sprinkler system backflow piping, replace valves under some sinks, and replace more values in the basement. They are a small company but I expect they will grow.

Jason and his associate were extremely helpful in helping me figure out and fix a frozen pipe issue that I was having. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out a few hours later. I would definitely recommend Poseidon and would use them again in the future!
