They did an excellent job installing a French Drain. The finished job looked very professional and I am very pleased with outcome. It irradicated the issue I was having with water entering my home.

I purchased a home knowing it had a water issue in the basement, only because I knew Sal @ Basement Waterproofing Solutions. I knew he could fix it and he did. Our next house we purchased was affected by Sandy, called Sal and he took care of our issues. It's everything, when you know, you have that right someone you can rely on.

I would highly recommend them. Estimate was reasonable. Work was fast and professional. They answered calls and resolved issues even after being paid in full. Courteous, reassuring, and efficient. They were in and out in one day! It has been a month now and basement is dry as bone despite record rain.

Both Sal and Barbara were very helpful and accommodating before during and after the project. The project was explained and all questions were answered and was completed in a timely fashion. Their personal were respectful and helpful on time and clean. For this kind of project I would definitely recommend this company

They were true professionals, excellent at their speciality and they really cared about providing stellar service. They always went the extra mile. We had water in our basement that resulted in mold which needed to be remediated. They diagnosed and treated the problem. I would strongly recommend them to any one with basement problems.

The employees were professional, respectful, polite, and they cleaned everything up before they left. They spent 2 days in a tiny crawl space in 90 degree weather. I can't say enough about them. I Called BWS for and estimate to repair a small damage to my exterior foundation. A representative (Nathan) came out and looked at the the damage and provided detailed estimated in a timely manner. We agreed to terms and a start date. When the date arrived the contractor (Sal) arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Sal paid a great deal of attention to detail and blended the new stucco into the original foundation with highly skilled expertise!

I am very happy with the results and will definitely recommend Basement Waterproofing solutions to a friend or a potential customer.

I recently used basement waterproofing solutions in Jackson, NJ, to install a French drain system in my basement. I had a very positive experience, from the initial consultation until the end of the job. Sol was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the engineering of the drainage system and how it would remediate my problem. The crew that installed it was really pleasant and hardworking. They worked five days straight all day and finished up the job. They covered everything well to minimize dust settling after the job. They even swept from the basement to my front door one day, because they saw some excess dirt fell off the cloth they spread out to the front door. They also noticed some mold as they were working, which they remediated at no cost. My basement finally lost its musty smell. Thank you so much, looking forward to a dry winter!

The mold remediation for my basement was effortless on my part. Sal Senior, Sal Junior, Barbara and the work team took care of every little detail. They were professional, communicative, always arrived when they said they would, and most importantly left a mold-free, spotless basement! If needed, I would hire Basement Waterproofing Solutions again in a heartbeat!

One of their son named Sal came over to give me an estimate. He answer all my questions and explained to me what they will do. I did some research about waterproofing and everything he said was pretty much aligned with other contractors. He gave me 2 different quotes, which are interior or exterior waterproofing. I really want to do exterior because that will stop water from entering the basement, but the cost is double than interior. I have not decided on what to do yet as I'm waiting to get some more quotes from other highly rated companies.

Basement solutions were great. Professionals, clean and did the job right.

The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They worked hard and did not goof off. They even finished earlier than expected. The job was done exactly as outlined in the proposal. And after all the recent heavy rains not a drop of water got on to our basement floor.

Even on a $300 job, they did more than I even thought they were going to do... Job was performed less than one week from my initial call.

I feel obliged to leave a review, because as a new home owner I have been burned multiple times by various home service companies.. it was refreshing to deal with a company who does what they say they're going to do at a fair price and in timely manner.

VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! I initially talked to Barb in the office and she was very knowledgeable on the process! Nathan the sales rep was also VERY THOROUGH in explaining what the options were to fix the water problem in our basement. He took his time to make sure that I understood everything. The crew showed up to our house on time and was very efficient and nice! I would definitely recommend this company.

Water in basement. Basement Waterproofing Solutions sent rep to evaluate problem and propose solutions. Rep educated me on materials and installation process. Work was done at quoted price in two days. Crew installed French Drain around perimeter in basement. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust, installed sump pump with battery backup and leveled new cement even with existing floor. Site was swept clean and result looks totally professional.
