I recently had issues with my AC unit during the hot temperatures. I contacted Patty Maddy and was very pleased with the response time. I was given an appointment time and the gentleman arrived at the time agreed upon. I appreciate the fact that time was taken to explain what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed in terms that I could understand. It can be very difficult to find a reputable company these days.
I plan to use this company for my HVAC needs as well as pass their info on to anyone I know who may also be in search of a company that offers their services.

Billy and his crew are very professional. When the contractor I was using for my bathroom renovation left halfway through the project, Billy came to the rescue and completed the job. The work was spectacular. When my HVAC overflowed and destroyed my hardwood floor in my Master Bedroom, I immediately called Billy. He came immediately to inspect it, advised me on what was needed, and assisted me in obtaining the necessary documentation for my insurance company. Billy and his crew came and completely ripped up the floor, replacing the damaged hardwood in just 1.5 days. The new flooring matches my Condo’s hardwood floor perfectly! I could not be happier! I would highly recommend them for any job you need, as well as for any home projects you may have.

Billy and his crew did a fantastic job renovating our condo! They are very professional, helpful and trustworthy. The work was done beautifully with lots of attention to details. Billy has been prompt in communication and super helpful in resolving any issue we ran into. We have a tight timeline and it's an outdated condo that requires quite a few renovations. Billy and his crew worked through dedicately and delivered awesome results within our timeline, even with unexpected challenges like clogged drains and delayed arrival of materials.

We recently moved into my parent’s bottom-floor apartment which needed a little TLC. We used Billy for our kitchen renovation, as well as finishing our apartment with new doors and molding. He even finished our beautiful accent wall! No matter what type of construction service you want, he always gives his best. He offered us a very reasonable quote, and the end result exceeded my expectations with high-quality materials. I am highly impressed by their project completion. He didn’t say no to a thing we requested and walked us through different scenarios before we made a decision. We cannot thank him and his team enough for renovating our home to a place we look forward to cook and hang out in!
