Andrew, Diego and JJ performed a superb job. We were right on time for Saturday and took approximately 5 hours to replace the old HVAC and remove it. The company I chose was the one that installed my unit around 15 or so years ago. Andrew kept me informed on the progress. The team did a wonderful job in cleaning up, and it was hard to tell that anyone had been here. Nick Wright did an excellent job in selling me a new system. He did all my paperwork for rebates I received from CPS and the manufacturer. The new system has been working perfectly and I'm extremely happy with it. San Antonio Air Service has installed a 5 Ton handler and new unit in the attic.

I spent time meeting with three different companies to compare quotes.
This company was much better prepared than the others. It offered many more options. Very professional. The owner of this company spent a lot of time with me, patiently going through all the options. He also educated me on various systems and products. Installation team excellent and meticulous - and owner was on site several hours. I've referred them to a few friends.

Dillon came to inspect and clean the HVAC unit. This was a much better experience than the previous companies who.. only "inspected" the HVAC system.

Ovie R. Rodriguez was the Temperature Pro technician that we had on site today. He was extremely courteous, professional and considerate. He texted that he is on his way and provided exact feedback as to how the AC was performing, what was repaired and cost. No hidden fees! It is nice to know that there's a reputable business out there and you can rely on them for AC needs!
