EXPERT CLEANING WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH

My wife and I live in Ocean City, New Jersey. We had a few cleaners over the years, some were cleaning “services” and were never as reliably good as those who run their own businesses. We learned about Malak and Team Alpha from her Dad, who we met when he performed a Home inspection for us. He was so diligent, we figured his daughter would be too.

When I emailed Malak to discuss cleaning our home, she promptly responded and came to my home to evaluate the job. She carefully reviewed what we needed and proposed a fair price for the work.

Since my original contact, we find that Malak and Team Alpha (made up of her relatives) are thorough, detailed, respectful of our property and professional in every way. She was especially concerned of the quality and ingredients of her products to make sure that we are not bothered by any fragrances, etc.
Malak puts everything in writing including price, confirmation of next scheduled date, both when made and just prior to the date, and invoicing. She accepts various form of payment including Venmo.

After Malak and her team are finished at our home, we feel like we’re entering a premium hotel suite. She also checks to make sure we are totally pleased with every aspect of her work. We highly recommend her service!

I booked a deluxe cleaning last week and the team showed up right on time. They were very polite and worked quickly. I really liked that they used modern equipment and left everything spotless. My home feels so much fresher now. Definitely planning to book again 🥰🥰.
