This contractor is completely unqualified and unreliable. He'll botch a job, then demand payment for his mistake and ghost you afterwards. He's got the wrong size equipment installed, which is only suitable for smaller units, not yours. When you point out the issue with airflow and performance, he claims to have used that setup on 5-ton units, implying he has no idea how to properly size or install a system that matches your needs. His boasts about 20 years of experience are meaningless - it doesn't guarantee competence. Trust us, stay far away from this guy.

Extremely poor experience with your company, which took advantage of my elderly mother by claiming a valve couldn't be fixed and trying to sell her a new one at inflated prices. Fortunately, she found a reliable alternative that completed the job in 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost. Your unprofessional tactics, including hanging up on her when confronted, are shameful. We were initially misled into recommending your services, but our trust has been shattered by this incident.
