I had a great experience when I called about my AC/thermostat issues. The technician arrived surprisingly quickly, and the friendly guy got straight to fixing the problem. Everything went smoothly, and I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service.

Gerry and Stephen installed a new Aircon system in our upstairs rooms, providing excellent service despite challenging weather conditions and cramped spaces. The price was fair and the work itself was neat and tidy, with minimal impact on walls and floors. Gerry even arranged for an electrician when our original one couldn't assist. Overall, their professionalism and expertise earned them a spot at the top of my list – highly recommended!

Their service was decent, but their young technician completely lost it during the job. He began yelling and cursing at his supervisor in my presence, revealing extremely poor work ethic and unprofessional behavior. It's a shame, as the rest of the crew seemed competent, but this incident made a bad impression.
