After recently purchasing a home in Bergen I came to Muccia through a referral. The first company I worked with wasn't able to find the issue with my central air that Tim found in 10 minutes. Muccia found themselves a long time customer!

We needed two toilets checked. One needed servicing; the other just needed jiggling. He did both, and charged fairly. He suggested other servicemen I should call for other (non-plumbing related) he saw. I felt I was in very good hands!

Tim came to fix our Master Shower Drain - which was leaking into the unit below...Did an awesome job and helped both parties! He was awesome! Thank you for the excellent work and assistance in resolving our issue.

Holy C^@%, these guys are terrific. I recently had a toilet installed in a tight spot in one of my bathrooms. I dreaded the typical "HGTV" discussion of "we found a problem", but these guys came in (with masks and foot coverings!!!) and politely, professionally and surprisingly quietly (my son works overnight so that was important) went to work and didn't stop until everything was perfect. After they left, the only sign that they had been there was the new toilet!!! No surprise though, the same was true for everything we've ever had done by them. I have used Muccia Plumbing for many, many years. They installed my steam heat boiler 10 years ago and it's still working without a concern .... They've installed a brand new Insinkerator (which works WAY better than the original) without a bit of mess or disruption to my kitchen....As I mentioned, I just had a toilet installed and they went to the point of fixing a leak, levelling my floor and re-grouting my tile....unbelievably detailed, professional, polite, thorough, reliable....if there were a "Boy Scout Promise" for plumbers they would achieve every point....I couldn't recommend them more

All plumbers are notoriously expensive; nevertheless, their prices were comparable to PSEG worry free prices, plus they were very accomodating. An accomplished plumber arrived very quickly, assessed the problem, and installed a new hot water heater. The owner of the company also came later to inspect work done. Several days afterwards, when I needed a corrected receipt, they were very helpful in emailing one to me. The woman who took all requests was also very pleasant to deal with. I have kept their number and will most certainly use them again if the need arises.

My repair included a building water shut down. The lady Kim in the office was a pleasure to deal with during coordination with the building property manager. JD, the man sent to do the work for me was great explaining everything to me. Kudos to contractors who respect your home and cover their shoes before entering!!

I have used Muccia three times now for my rental property and each time the service has been incredible, the work done correctly, and at a fair price. Each time the plumber takes time and care to explain the work required and answers all of my questions.

Kitchen sink was installed and steam boiler was repaired. All work was done perfectly.

Muccia saved us by getting a new water heater installed the next day, a Friday. Mike and Mark were courteous, hard-working, and pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about taking care of us. Would definitely use again!

I went months with my shower not being able to adjust the temperature. I called Muccia Plumbing and was amazed how professional his whole experience was. From the pleasant office staff who promptly scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. To the mechanic who arrived right when he said he would. And the service call was preformed with special attention to my home and my pets. He was clean, efficient, and informed me of exactly what he was going to do. I knew he would need to order a new cartridge for my shower valve, but instead of just leaving he manually cleaned the old cartridge to give me a working shower until the new piece arrived. I expected a week or two to pass before I saw them again, but to my amazement I received a call from there office the next afternoon to schedule when the mechanic can come finish my job. I requested a time that I could be available and again the mechanic was prompt and ready to complete my job. He changed the cartridge, adjusted my hot water heater and even waited to verify the repair was working at top efficiency. He gave me instructions on how I could avoid this repair for years to come. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the beginning to end. To top it off the charge was very reasonable. Far less then I expected.
I would HIGHLY recommend Muccia Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I plan to call and schedule my hot water heater replacement very soon before I have a problem. I was told my old one is over14 years old and the quote I was given makes it very easy to be pro active.

Muccia Plumbing did an excellent Job repairing a broken pipe. They stuck to their estimate (which was reasonable) and did not charge for anything not needed.

I highly recommend Muccia Plumbing if you have a Navien water heater. They were the only company that was knowledgeable about Navien neutralization capsules that came with my water heaters. Omar did the maintenance service for my two water heater units and he did an excellent job. Very thorough and honest. I’m definitely getting yearly service from them!

Muccia has been my plumber to go since I moved into my condo 12 years ago. Very professional, know what they are doing. Whatever work they have done for me, I don't have to worry about it. Last time I called there was a mess of pipes and valves under my kitchen sink. I never touched that area since I moved in. I got a leak from my under the sink filter and decided to tackle the mess. Muccia fixed it, went from 6 valves to 3. My under sink area looks so much better 😍. To me peace of mind is worth every penny.
