I REALY LOVE IT
-
The people are very nice and helpful.

Quick unloading.
Receiving is on the side street. Docks are wide. Easy to backup with 53' trailer.
Thanks to Jose for his professionalism. -
Love this place. Yes, they have a fancy showroom in Fairfield, but the warehouse in Harrison including the clearance section are where it's at. Paul Samuels is a patient sales guy. It's best if you know what you want. Pricing is very good too!

I gotta say these guys came through for me with the parts and the service not only once but twice in one day. They did charge me a Warranty Processing fee of $40 each time, not sure how common that is in the industry but, hey, I needed the parts.

The AF Supply, Harrison location, is great. The showroom manager, Paul Samuels, was excellent. Paul was responsive to all my requests and went above an beyond to provide great customer service. Paul was thoughtful to take into consideration my renovation needs to make recommendations that more suitable to the project. The prices were great too!

We received our plumbing products after confirming that was the color we actually wanted. They were very helpful on the phone and very quick to ship and a great price. I would definitely buy and deal with them anytime!

Great customer service. I worked with Christy. Part was shipped quickly. Follow up was top notch. I highly recommend working with this company.

Nice receiving guys! They unloaded my 53 truck early than appointment. But be careful to get her!
-
You will back into a building . Not too bad. A little tight! People there are cool. I delivered there. No problem.
-
Little confusing to get here!
Take harrison avenue then left on 1st street then left on essex st then rightpn 2nd street. No overnight parking -
Fast unloading, very tight space
-
This place is not for rookies...tide place, low bridges if you take the wrong route... best way Harrison ave to 1st st then left to 2nd st ...they got two places ... follow car GPS because truck GPS gets crazy
-
Sleeper trucks do not come here
-
I don't know if this is a mistake or a scam but they are trying to charge 500 dollars for shipping when it shouldn't be more than ten.....
-
Sales Man will try to sale you what He wants no what you need.. also to pick the order takes more than 2hrs.

Mr. Samuels (salesperson) is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. He has an attitude and he raises his voice because he thinks he is better than the person asking questions. You should put a person willing to help, not asking for a clown to jump up and down when somebody goes in, but at least make your customer (s) feel welcome. He does not even says hello or ask you if you need help! Super rude...not coming back in there for anything else.

Man if you got a 53 trailer and sleeper i don’t recommend it. Day cabs all day not only tight but cars in the way like you’re supposed to magically get it in. 1 star for the Spanish gentleman trying help but when I got stuck he left lol. Everyone will say oh they do it everyday but don’t think of sleepers smh. Never again delivering here. Have a good day drivers. Also plan accordingly before coming gps will put you on streets you’re not supposed. Read all signs!!!

I ordered a new toilet from AF Supply. I received the toilet in two shipments (bowl and tank). The toilet bowl was obviously used. I have pictures showing the staining on the toilet bowl. I was under the impression I was receiving a new item. I called the company as soon as I opened the box, and I emailed the company pictures after being hung up on by Kimberly R, and she did not reply to my emails. Called back the same day and was told be an unknown named woman that I would get a refund for the bowl and that I could throw out the one I received since it was used. I emailed yesterday before close of business day because I hadn’t received an official word about the refund, with no response. I called back today in the morning and was told that the refund person wasn’t in the office and would call me back as soon as they got in. I called back at 1615 EST since it’s Friday and was told that they wouldn’t give me a refund, they would send me a new bowl and I would have to mail the old one back. Which I was trying to avoid because it was packaged very well, and the box ripped due to it being staples closed. I told them at this point I wanted to return the whole thing (if I have to mail part of it back I’d rather mail back the whole thing and get a full refund) because of their atrocious customer service, and they advised me they would have to put in a request with their return department on Monday. I almost threw the boxes out because I was told yesterday they would refund me for the bowl and I would be able to just put the used bowl they sent me in the trash. I’d hate for them to have me return it so they can mail somebody else the same used toilet. It’s disgusting and inexcusable.

Do not buy an AMERICH tub, after communicating with Paul and AMERICH representative Chris Mezzapesa regarding holes that appeared on our tub after only one year of use they offer no solutions for repair. They don't back up their product and how could this not be manufacturing defect? They sent the following message:
Thank you for the pictures, although I have some bad news…. This is not a manufacturing defect. I am unsure what caused those holes, but I am certain that is not repairable. Even if a repair is attempted by a local company, over time it will not hold causing leak issues.
I would suggest contacting AF Supply to see if there is anything they can do to replace that tub. They can call me or Americh with further questions to see what we can do to help.
