Rick was amazing. He not only fixed the issue timely but walked us through the process so we understood what was happening. He showed us the issue and gave several options on how to address. He made sure we felt good about the next steps. It was so refreshing to have someone honest - unlike other companies that stretch the truth so they can make more money. Rick is our go to plumber!!!

We bought a dishwasher through Lowes, and Signature Plumbing was the contractor to install it. Chris was our plumber, and he was impressive! He was concerned with the house, beyond the installation, like how well the drainage was done and how level everything was, he just wanted to do it all right. It mattered to him that it was done right, and yet, he did it all so quickly because he knew exactly what he was doing. He's got a great personality, knows his stuff, cares about your home and the job, and is clearly a perfectionist in the best way. We won't be using anyone else going forward. Great work, Chris. (Also, our dogs say hi!)

Chris from Signature Plumbing came to install a new toilet and vanity. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and positive. He found an issue with an old pipe and expertly problem solved it while explaining everything he was doing. We would definitely call them again if we need a plumber.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew exactly what had to be done to install our new dishwasher and answered all our questions. He was very neat and professional. I would highly recommend Signature Plumbing.

Rick installed a dishwasher for us today and was just wonderful. He was very courteous, professional and helpful, explaining everything that came up with the installation. We will definitely call for future plumbing needs.

Rich was at my house less than 24 hours after I called. He showed up on time, was extremely easy to talk to, and explained my issue in detail. Ultimately I ended up needing a full bathroom remodel which is a service he doesn't provide, but he was clear about that and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. Highly recommended! I'll be keeping his card handy!

Let me preface this by saying I purchased my first home two years ago; it was newly renovated and I quickly learned how terrible the work was behind the scenes.

Fast forward to the latest repair, I had a carbon monoxide leak that led to the fire department and gas company discovering that I had a gas leak(s). My gas was shut off and I was advised that I needed to have my gas line pressure tested to discover the leaks. I called several places, and the test was grossly overpriced or they had no availability on their schedules. During this time, I was without hot water, a dryer, and gas for my stove.

I contacted Signature Plumbing and Richard came out the same day and performed the test! He discovered that the gas was leaking from the water heater pipe and a few other places. I also had holes in the venting from the water heater (a total hazard and nightmare). Richard showed me the issues and walked me through solutions, ultimately, I decided to have it all replaced because it was old and hazardous.

Richard completed the job the very next day, putting an end to the week of cold showers and no stove that I had while trying to find an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced repair person. His work is very detailed and pristine. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND utilizing him for your plumbing needs. I will probably regret this review because he’ll probably get more clients and it’ll be harder to book him, however when you find someone who does good work you have to share!

This is my second time using this company, and he continues to be the best in the business. He installed a hot water line for my washer and repaired an issue with my sump pump, both done quickly, professionally, and at a great price. The hot water has been a game changer, and everything works perfectly.
Reliable, efficient, and honest. Definitely my go-to!

Richard is super knowledgeable and can do it all! He took the time to walk through a few problem areas in our house and came up with a great plan to get everything running smoothly again. Even saved us some $$$ by letting us know in advance which fixtures would work best for our needs and be compatible with existing plumbing. Beyond that, super personable and focuses big on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I worked with Rich 3 times so far. Once for a shut off valve for the gas line to my dryer. The second was a leak in my bathroom cold water pipe. And finally, he just installed a new lint trap outside for my dryer's exhaust. Everytime he performs a job it is at a reasonable price, and he doesn't try to rip me off. He is always on time, honest, and he does quality work. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Signature Plumbing came out within 3 hours of my call. Great service taking care of the water leak and replacing my kitchen sink as well as removing my garbage disposal at my request.

when I got the notice that my new gas range was scheduled for delivery it was the first I knew there had to be a gas cutoff behind every gas appliance. They said I needed to get a plumber to install one as they were bringing the other equipment for the installation but wouldn't even start if I didn't have the cutoff. I explained to Rick of Signature plumbing what my problem was and he assured me he would come before the range. He did. He was professional,fast , friendly and allowed for my older nerves . Chris from Signature was very good. Appreciated that when we had a problem they were able to accommodate sending Chris back the next day to complete our installation. He did a great job installing a dishwasher for us including fixing and electrical issue.

Rick Neville provided excellent service and superior workmanship. He was knowledgeable about what was needed to solve my problem. The work was done in a timely fashion and the work area was spotless when Rick left. Mostly importantly he fixed the problem. I would definitely call Signature for my next plumbing job.

Rick added a new water line to supply an outdoor faucet and added a stop valve to it. The work was quick and clean. Would recommend.

I never updated my review. Unfortunately the work was not done correctly and we had to have him come back and fix it. Then we used him again and the same thing happened but I had to call another plumber to fix the issue.

Our washing machine recently started flooding our basement whenever it dumped water into the utility sink due to a partial clog in the drain pipe. I tried plunging and snaking it myself but I couldn't fix it, so I called in the professional. Rick was able to clear the pipe and share some maintenance tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. We can now do laundry with peace of mind again. I felt like the cost of the service was fair and I would use this service again in the future if and when the need arises.

This is now my go to plumber. Very responsive, reasonable pricing, and the work was top notch. Not a bad word to say.
