Had a problem with a job performed a few months ago. Emailed them explaining the issue and was told a crew would be there the next weather permitting day. Got a call yesterday and they were here 10am today . Great job and nice guys

John did an excellent job replacing our chimney cap after Ida. Work was fast and our estimate was very affordable.

Matt came to my home & gave me a quote for gutter repair. It was a reasonable price & he did the job on the spot. His work was excellent & i highly recommend this company.

Regency Home Improvement, Nick & John, did an excellent job on my home in Glen Ridge. The scope involved roof-soffit repair, new gutter-fascia-boards and new 6-inch gutters on a 100 plus year-old house. In short, this was a tough job and Nick & John kept at it until the work was complete.

I called Regency Home improvement because I had a foul odor in my fireplace. Matt said he could come today to give me an estimate.
Matt was punctual, professional and courteous. I was very pleased and would recommend him and give the service 5 stars

Regency installed a chimney liner. They scheduled the work within a week of my phone call. They arrived on time and competed the job in a few hours. The quality and professionalism was top notch. It is difficult enough these days finding competent companies, and when you do it's another story having them show up any time soon. They are highly recommended. We will use them again in the future.

I got the contact information for this company from Angie's List and was very grateful to find them. I asked them to come and clean my chimney and the woman who answered immediately gave me a quote, according to the height of the chimney, which was very reasonable. When Matthew came out to do the job, he took pictures of the chimney itself and informed me that we should also consider replacing the fascia and cap. My husband and I reviewed the pictures he took and he gave us a detailed quote, which was also very reasonable. We decided to have Mathew do the replacement, and he and several workers showed us the replacement parts, which are stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty, and completed the job in a timely, professional manner. Mathew and the two workers who assisted him were all pleasant, competent and efficient.. They also took pictures of the completed project and we are very pleased with the job they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney repair/cleaning services. John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.

I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.

I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.

Now I have a great looking roof! The supervisor and his crew were very professional, brought in many guys to replace the whole roof in just three days, used a long tarp to protect the property from falling debris, cleaned everything around from nails and old shingles, and installed cool looking gutters. A great job for a good price

They said they’d come to me b/w 10am-2pm to clean my chimney. Around 3 o’clock I called to see what the deal was. Some foreign dude called me back saying he looked on google maps and was able to give me an estimate for $400 based on the online image. (There is no visible pic of my house, it’s totally obscured by trees). Shame on this place - It is a scam.

I bought in Home depot gutter guards from Gutterglove. It is probably one of the best and most expansive products on the market. In packages I found the very understandable installation instruction, which included all possible situations, which could be met during the installation. 10 years ago I would do it myself, but now I do not fit for this job and I selected for installation Regency Home improvement LLC. It was my mistake. I highlight here two my most important disappointments.
1. Everything was installed against instructions, not properly and bad. The guard was inserted between roof shingles, in most places front lip of the guard was not adjusted to gutter, end of the gutter was not properly closed with guard and so on.
2. No respect to customers. After 3 phone calls the appointment was set up between 8 and 9 am. After my phone call around 10 am the appointment time was moved to 12 am. After my phone call around 1 pm I received call from Contractor John that he will stop by between 5 and 6 pm. And he did it. He explained that he was in Trenton. He can be in Arizona or Alaska. It is OK, I am not his boss. But I know that it will be normal for every good company to inform the customer in the morning, that contractor cannot keep appointment and to approve new time. I lost whole day to wait for him and when I mention about it John told me “I called you!” Yes, he did, but late! John sincerely does not understand that customers should be respected. They give the work.
3. I talked to John about 2 more jobs. His responds were not professional. Of course it will be possible to do these jobs in his way, but it will be not optimal. I have engineering background and I know how to find the necessary information and how to evaluate the job.
