Although I haven't had the opportunity to use E & R's services yet, I did meet Charlie Gander (co-owner) recently and was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism,. and dedication to customer service. I'm certainly looking forward to establishing a long-lasting business relationship with Charlie and his team and seeing how we can partner together to help each other, and our clients as well!

I was told between 10 and 12. No problem. Not much in the schedule today. Then I got 4 different text messages with 4 different time windows. No reply even though it said to text with questions. I wait. At 1 pm. I call and get told to call the parent company. I call. They say they'll get back to me. I get another text saying 9am-11am. That was at 1:30. I wait It's now 2:30. I call again to cancel. Horrible communication.
