Leo came highly recommended from a family member and with good reasoning . He was able to put in a reverse osmosis water system and water softeners for our new home and a a great price !! He went as far as to even help us with our stove which needed to be installed as well .. thanks again Leo !

Having just finished a whole house water filtration project with Prestige Water, I couldn't wait to share our positive experience.

Even before hiring Prestige, we were very impressed by their polite and professional attitude, quick response time, and quality of customer service.

Unlike any other contractor we've worked with, Prestige utilizes online/text message software to send invoices, confirmations, and even arrival time alerts. This was very helpful as we've been juggling between our work and family schedules.

As this installation was done during COVID 19, we were more than thrilled to see Leo and his team really take their safety precautions seriously. Not only did their masks remain on throughout the project, but they even wore two layers of masks to make us feel more comfortable.

In addition to the whole house filtration, we also had two reverse osmosis systems installed to filter our drinking water. Since we live in an area with severely hard water, we're really looking forward to enjoying these improvements!

Besides the quality work, Leo took the time to explain each of the systems, their emergency shut off locations, and the frequency in which we needed to replenish or swap out the pieces.

Great service and great value. I was looking for a water purification system, and Prestige quoted an amazing price, several thousand under a competitor. A few days later, they set up the system in a couple of hours without any issues. I highly recommend them!

Leo and team are incredible. I’ve summarized the experience below.
-Quote stage - Prompt response, free estimate, open and honest about systems, options and their benefits. No pressure.
-Scheduling - Had an opening 2 weeks after quote. Very convenient these days.
-Install - Quality install using proper equipment, hoses and lines - no shark bites. Qualified personnel. All lines cleanly ran, attention to detail. I went with the softener system and carbon tank, installed in roughly 2 hours. Love it.
- Pricing - You won’t find better, even with comparable systems.
We’ve all had work done on our homes before and know what to expect with after work clean up of messes, to see Leo and crew clean up after themselves, leaving nothing behind shows Prestige Water truly cares about their quality of work. Other contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc should learn from this.

It’s hard to find a trustworthy contractor. Leo and the team at Prestige Water Group were just that and were very fair with pricing. They changed my hot water heater with very little down time and made the area much neater.
