Jack performed the inspection on my condo last month. He completed a comprehensive inspection and as a first-time homebuyer, explained things and showed me both tips/tricks about things I was once unfamiliar with (e.g. HVAC filters changing/safety on electrical outlets, etc.)

He provided a very comprehensive/detailed inspection report and he answered any questions that came up after the inspection. He is experienced, knowledgable and made me feel that the property I was purchasing was both safe and up to par.

Would 10/10 recommend for all your home inspection needs!!!

His report was easy to understand and look through and I felt like he was on my side as a buyer. He used a Drone for the roof and flagged several important issues for us.

However, please just make sure you are clear on what you are paying for. I thought my packaged included thermal imaging and radon, but was surprised not to see them on the report. Please have those discussion up front. When asked about that he told me that was a separate charge. If I would have known that earlier, it may have changed my decision in choosing the service provider.

Although turnaround time was excellent, price was good, and inspection seemed to go very smooth, I was in for two major expenses not hinted by the inspector. While the inspection report stated the furnace was OK, it actually had to be replaced two weeks after I moved in because, I found out it was not going to make it through the winter. While the inspection stated no problems whatsoever with the roof, three weeks after I moved, roof started liking significantly in two places. I was told by 3 different roofers that the roof was installed improperly and the shingles were curved up.
