They are the most honorable and efficient. Their service is outstanding. They were the only ones able to fix my lemon/recalled refrigerator. The other day, the freezer started acting up — they didn't have an appointment time, so I didn't want to wait — I had another company come out — they just stared at the freezer, took $90, and said it was a thermostat — COMPLETELY WRONG. THANK GOD I KEPT MY APPOINTMENT WITH THEM FOR THE NEXT DAY - THEY CAME, FIXED IT, AND SAVED ALL MY FOOD. They may not add the service fee to the repair; however, they know what they're doing, and you will pay more. given them a fee, they will apply it - they just steal the fee and do not do the work

Kyle, the service technician, was highly efficient and performed an exceptional job repairing my Bosch dishwasher. I highly recommend this company and Kyle.

He assessed the situation and offered several options for consideration. He never steered us to the most expensive option but offered the benefits and downsides of each. Manny was friendly and informative. Instead of trying to sell me an unneeded replacement part, Manny assessed my washer and determined it was operating correctly. I'm grateful for his honesty.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Our technician, Sal, personally contacted me to confirm his arrival time. He was a true expert in appliance repair and was very thorough and neat. He also explained everything to me as he was progressing in the job. Very friendly technician which is not always the case. Would highly recommend Jersey Appliance!
