My family has been a customer of S&B since the 1950's. Can't find professionals anywhere that can match their quality. That's why they are always busy and their time is not cheap. Absolutely honest prices given what the butchers and clueless out there are charging for inferior work.

Steve was beyond helpful and was extremely responsive. Other plumbers I contacted were not able to fix our problem but Steve, after sending a few photos, was not only able to diagnose the problem but came same day to fix it. Highly recommend.

We have used S&B Plumbing since we moved to Hoboken ten years ago. Steve and Sam have been nothing but fabulous! They are ethical, punctual and very conscientious about their customer's needs. They are trust-worthy and will honestly tell you what the problem is and what is the most cost efficient way to fix it. We have tenants in our house and we have had to call S&B on numerous occasions for ourselves and for our tenants. You won't find any plumber better than S&B in Hoboken. Have realistic expectations though -- they are always busy and if your problem is really not an emergency they're not necessarily going to be there on that day.

I have been doing business with SMB plumbing for over 30 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are my go two guys for plumbing, with a routine maintenance or emergency repair, up to and including furnace, replacement and water heater replacement - just a great business.
