Completely renovated my house in Monroe township from the ground up the house came out immaculate and couldn't be any happier.

I did my kitchen and my bathroom renovation i used this company they are very clean and on time they have an affordable price and they do a very nice job so i would recommend this company.

I have used Black Sea for over 10 years. In my home and condo, inside and out. I find his work and business ethics to be exceptional. I got his card at my dentist ofc. and consider myself fortunate to have found a contractor like him in this day and age. I trust him and his work.

Fantastic workmanship! Attention to detail, amazing quality, and responsive. If you are looking for someone to get the work done right, then look no further. The contractor treats your home with the same care as if it was his own home. He listens to what you want and delivers. There needs to be more contractors like him and his team.

Mustafa and his crew are experts. Their work is great and has that professional clean finish you are looking for. They finished up in a timely manner. We plan on using them again!

I found Mustafa and his team to be exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough on even the smallest detail. His work was thorough and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my renovation.He was prompt, efficient and on target with my time frame. His work is beautiful and totally transformed my 1960's ranch. Mustafa of Black Sea an exceptional contractor!! Unlike other contractors he gave me a date for the job and actually called and began earlier. He completely renovated my bathroom doing all stages of the job himself -- such as plumbing, tiling, to all the electrical work etc. He was always prompt and is more than meticulous. He does excellent work and I would highly recommend him!!

We’ve been in our home over 30 years and have had many contractors doing a variety of work. Mustafa Sisman of Black Sea Construction is by far the most meticulous, competent and multifaceted contractor we’ve ever had work on our home. Mustafa renovated our first-floor kitchen and living room areas as if he were working on his own home. His expertise and attention to detail are beyond compare. The renovation required taking the kitchen down to the studs, removing a wall and then putting in an entire new kitchen including installation of new windows, doors and siding, all cabinets and appliances, crown molding, all the electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring, and painting. With very few exceptions he does all the work himself so the work gets done fast and you are not left waiting for the next guy to show up. When installing the cabinets, if he found the slightest defect with the new cabinets, he worked with our designer to have the cabinets replaced. He is a pleasure to work with, full of ideas and suggestions when needed that always work out to be the best solution and leaves your house as clean as possible at the end of each day. He knows what he’s doing and does it in a pleasant manner. We thoroughly enjoyed having Mustafa in our home for 2 months and are looking for new projects to have him do for us.

Mustafa and his team do a quality job! We were pleased with their work ethic - arriving to the job every day, working weekends when needed, and making sure that every detail was done correctly. Essentially we had an entire home renovated. While the job took longer than expected, due to unexpected circumstances, the quality of work was never compromised. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Black Sea Construction.
