The boiler in my house was installed in the 1950s and I started to have a problem with the pressure going to high and water coming out via the relief valve.

I asked Mr. Wood to take a look and see if I needed the boiler replaced. When he came he reviewed the boiler and told me that I did not need to replace the boiler even though it was that old. He said is was working fine and all I needed was for the expansion tank to be replaced.

He replaced the expansion tank and the boiler is working great since then.

He could have told me I needed an new boiler, but was honest and sincere which you don't see nowadays.

Jim and his company, Team Mechanical did a boiler installation at my uncle’s house (who is elderly and doesn’t have an email address).  Jim is my brother in law and treated my uncle as his own family.  He did a fantastic job explaining everything to my aunt and uncle and made sure that they were comfortable with the purchase and the installation process.  I’m so happy that I have Jim in my family and that he treats customers with such respect.

Jim Wood and his crew at Team Mechanical is a great company and great group of people. He recently installed a new boiler in my home. His attention to detail is above par! Honest, on time and priced to fit my budget. I will continue to use Jim and his company for future HVAC needs and will refer him to all who will listen.

I had Jim, come to my house and install a new boiler in my basement. He did everything he told me he was going to do. The boiler is working extremely well. He left the basement cleaner then it was before. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Once again ty to Team mechanical.

What a great experience I had dealing with Team Mechanical! Everything went exactly the way I was told from start to finish When installing my new furnace and AC system pThe install team got here EXACTLY when they said they would and finished after working a full day, barely taking any breaks. Contractors never Give you the 100% they promise but this team exceeded my expectations tenfold! I will recommend Team Mechanical to everyone I know. Thank you again for giving me an A+ experience. I highly recommend team mechanical, from start to finish the owner. James Wood was very professional with showing up on time and performing the work that he said he was going to do. He upgraded our electrical service and panel from 100 Amps to 200 Amps. We now have more space in our panel and feel so much safer with the new electric that was installed.

Jim, showed up on time, did a great job. Everything was neat and cleaned up before he left the job. Would recommend him for electrical work.

Great service! We had a completely new electric panel installed plus some additional wiring and such, and it was a very painless process for us considering the scope of the project. They were also very accommodating and punctual and hardly even knew they were here. We were very glad we got this done and would highly recommend this skilled team.
