I and my wife had a major clog that caused our sinks to back up. To resolve the issue, we called several local plumbers. Alex was sent to investigate immediately after Team Rooter's prompt response. He worked with a heavy-duty snake without success. Then he gave us a variety of options, and explained them all in depth. We chose to go with hydro jetting, a less intrusive, more efficient process, which made the most sense for our particular needs. Alex, with his perseverance and determination, managed to solve the problem in less that an hour. A camera inspection was performed to confirm that there were no further areas of concern. Kenny was a Supervisor who followed up on us, providing further education about the blockage, the process they used, and reassuring that the work had been completed properly. The two men that came (Alex and Kenny) did an outstanding job. Team Rooter has exceeded our expectations, and they guarantee their work. I couldn't ask for anything better than a prompt response and an excellent outcome to our urgent issue. This company has the ability to meet any need. Bravo Zulo Team Rooter!

Joe is one of the most caring professionals I know. Joe has always been extremely helpful, both over the telephone and in person, when I've encountered odd piping troubles at my house. He's passionate about both his craft and the people he serves. Joe doesn't just repair things, he also improves them. He thinks about longevity and durability. He's a very cool guy, and is always on time and clear in his communication (read: explains his craft to me and other simpletons). Joe is the best!

The problem was found with the old air conditioner and the necessary repairs were made. They gave me some great tips and also quoted me an affordable price.
