I highly recommend Aspen Tree Expert for any of your tree removal needs. Curtis and team were on time , well equipped, very professional, and efficient. We had a couple of trees removed including a huge triple lead Scarlet Oak that was in a very tight spot. They were meticulous and careful not to damage anything, which was important since a huge piece of the tree hung over our neighbor’s yard. When the job was done, Aspen’s whole team spent time cleaning up with rakes and blowers both in our yard, as well as our neighbors.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Aspen Tree Service did at my house in Wall. They came recommended by a coworker (I work in the engineering / land use business) with the caveat that they may be more expensive than other companies because they are very good. Turns out they were among the cheapest quotes I received to remove several trees and grind stumps at my house. The work included removal of 2 VERY DEAD ash trees, which are brittle and messy to take down. After the work was complete, I didn’t find even one stick in my yard. Cleanup work was very thorough. The stump grinding was done so well that even most of the roots were gone, making restoration work relatively easy. They left my property in a very clean condition…stumps fully ground and the areas graded off professionally. Workers were friendly and punctual. A+ service, communication and work product. And fair prices. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Aspen Tree Expert Co was great to work with. They came out the next day after we called and provided an estimate that day. Courtney answered all our questions and was quick to get us on the schedule. The crew was on time and very professional, left our yard with no debris or mess. Would definitely recommend Aspen Tree Expert Co and would use them again.

Aspen came to my home to take out a couple of dead trees and to do a lot of trimming in my corral also to clear the branches where the wires were coming to my house from the street. They did an excellent job and took care to clean up everything when they were finished, I recommend them highly.

Aspen is very knowledgeable and professional. They came recommended by another great tree company that doesn’t service the area we now live in. There’s no pressure to have any work performed and I feel that the prices are reasonable. Plus with Aspen, you know the work will be performed the right way. Curtis is the man and is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

After a storm, I had a large spruce leaning towards my house. I really wanted to save the tree with cabling but knew I had a challenge with it being on the property line. I called Aspen, who sent out their arborist, Courtenay.

After Courtenay's assessment, it was decided the best thing to do was to remove the tree. Courtenay was very helpful, kind and professional. Despite the fact I wasn't going to use their cabling, the service I had received was all I needed to go ahead with having them remove the tree. I have used other tree services in the past but didn't think twice about getting the second quote, knowing they would be in the ballpark but also because of the great service experience with Aspen and Courtenay.

From start to finish, this was one of the easiest and best experiences I've had with any company or service. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future as well.

Courtenay also followed up with recommendations for replanting and also followed up to ask how the service was. It was excellent. The tree was removed while I was at work and they left everything exactly as it was (minus the tree). Good, clean, professional work!

I have used this company for 6 years. They treat both my trees and my lawn. My grass is as green as can be with no weeds at all. My trees, of which I have many 100+ year old oaks, are well cared for and, in the rare occasion where removal has been necessary, the work has been very professional and clean. I have recommended this company to many and will continue to do so.

Excellent service and awesome experience. Recently had qty10 trees removed from my yard of which several were positioned close to my shed and pond. I was impressed by the efficiency and methodical approach Aspen took to remove the trees. At no time did I observe carelessness and I felt that safety was never compromised.

Their estimate was very competitive. Their team very professional. Their service was completely worth every penny.

The tree experts took time to explain to me exactly what their plan was while ensuring I was comfortable with the logistics and sequence of events. They went out of their way to preserve areas of my lawn, and removed ALL debris and excess material. They were friendly and accommodating from start to finish.

Finally - they went above and beyond by accommodating a couple of last minute changes. All the while - they remained pleasant and professional.

Amazing job! I have 2, 30-40 ft spruces that were encroaching on my patio and getting out of control. These amazing guys came and took about 5 ft off the bottom of both tress, trimming it around and making them look better than I ever could imagine. They were gentlemen, cleaned up, price was perfect, and everything done within the timeframe they said.

Very happy with estimate, service and all interactions with staff. Answered all my questions, offered some great advice. Workers came on time, did excellent job and yard looked like no one was ever there, they cleaned up every twig. They weren't the cheapest estimate I received, but the quality of service I received made up for the slight difference in price. Their aborists are a wealth of information about the health of trees on your property. I will absolutely be using them again.

Aspen Tree Experts are highly skilled, very knowledgeable, and have a thriving business providing their workers with lots of experience. They have taken care of my property, on and off, for over a decade and they have removed more than 15 large trees (over 40 ft tall), ground most of those stumps, and trimmed other trees. The workers love trees and they have all the state of the art equipment (and experience) needed for the most complex jobs. On some occasions when they were booking 3-4 months out i used other local (Monmouth county) companies and i was often disappointed in the quality of work compared with Aspen. If you need it done right, call Aspen.

We were very happy with Aspen Tree services. They were very knowledgeable about our tree and we ended up only having to trim other than take down our tree which I didn't want to do. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. We were extremely happy with their services and would definitely recommend them .

Aspen is incredibly professional and reliable, from the initial estimate through job completion. The job was done perfectly with thorough communication throughout the entire process. You wouldn't even know they had been on my property when the job was finished. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and knowledgable. It's a rarity to find such a great company in all aspects. Aspen is a phenomenal company, who prides themselves on being a best in class tree service. We had brought them in to prune some very old sycamores that were growing up and around electrical wires. Unlike other companies in the area, they did not butcher our trees, and still provided ample space for the electric wires.

They also took down a small willow for me on the spot, and left my yard in impeccable shape. It was like they were never here.

But what I want to note most is how they delicately saved a hummingbird nest for us. We stumbled upon this very tiny nest by accident last year. We made the bizarre request to save the nest knowing the hummingbird will not use it again, because who actually gets to see a wild hummingbird nest in person?!

We highly recommend Aspen to anyone looking to have a proper arborist come in to truly give their trees a healthy pruning. Absolute professionals!!

The initial meeting with Aspen discussing what we needed done in our yard was very informative . Curtis provided facts about certain trees and plantings, answered all our questions and then timely provided us a fair quote. The crew that showed up for the actual work were professional, hard working, neat and efficient. We highly recommend them for your tree removal needs. We would use them again if we needed additional trimming or removal

From start to finish a very good experience ! Office responsive to our inquiry for service, excellent consultation with Courtenay from Aspen regarding our concerns, the work needed to be performed and time frame for the job to start and finish. The work crew arrived on time, reviewed the work to be performed with us and made sure we were "all on the same page" regarding what was going to be done. The work crew was professional, hardworking, and very very respectful of our property. They were extremely careful and did an EXCELLENT job with our trees. We were very pleased with the exceptional job they did with cleaning up the work area. I would give them 6 STARS if that were possible ! The follow-up phone call after the work was completed to see if we were satisfied or wanted to voice any concerns was greatly appreciated. We plan to call back after the 1st of the year and have another consultation for additional work we want performed in the back of our house.

Aspen Tree has been servicing my lawn, trees and plants for several years. My property always looks healthy and green. Any issues that arise from weather, insects, etc are quickly addressed and taken care of in a professional manner. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.
