Dan responded quickly to a leaking bath shower problem and repaired and replaced all the plumbing and installed a shower surround in less then 1 day. Its looks great and I couldn't be happier about the updated look. Very pleasant and professional and looking forward to having him do other work for me in the future. Ty Dan

Dan and his team installed my shower floor and did several smaller repairs in my home last week. They were extremely professional, on time, cleaned up beautifully after themselves and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job renovating my 2 bathrooms. They were always on time, courteous cleaned up and kept me informed. It has been a year since completion and everything is great. I would definitely use DAN’S again and I have recommended this company to many friends.

Dan and his team performed an emergency repair of my father-in-law's bathroom floor. He ensured the repair was done correctly and the floor was level, since my father-in-law uses a walker to move around. Sherry, the office manager, communicated prices, timeframes, and other details in a timely and efficient manner. The repaired floor looks great and my father-in-law can now use the bathroom safely.

We will definitely consider Dan's team for any future repairs and renovations.

These guys are definitely professionals. Dan is outstanding. From the time that he took my call to the time he is the finish the job was unbelievable. Their customer service is amazing. They are all incredibly well-crafted, communicative, professional, and completely engaged in their work. Dan even met me at the tile store to help me create my vision.

Dan's Construction renovated our guest bathroom and balconies and we're thrilled with the results. Dan's team is professional and thoughtful, and the quality of their work is excellent. We've really enjoyed working with Dan and Sherry. Dan is knowledgeable, honest and always willing to spend time to talk through the details. A friend recommended Dans Construction and Drain Services to me last year when I was in a full on panic about my bathroom because it was falling apart. And now, 6 months later, I couldn’t be happier than she did! Dan & Sherry are super easy to work with, made it really clear what the process was, what I was responsible for, and what my options were. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns both during the planning and execution phases of the renovation, and also were clear in communication for any changes or issues they encountered. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated, Dan definitely made sure to add those ease of use touches that make my bathroom perfect. I love my new bathroom! Dan and his crew did my bathroom. Amazing work at a fair price. Dan lends helpful advice and gives supplier suggestions. Employees are skilled, clean and courteous. The work was done in the time estimated and I could not be happier

If you are in need of renovations other than your bathroom go with someone else who has experience with larger projects & won't over charge you for mediocre work & a skeleton crew.
